Delays and lack of appropriate communication
Takes so long to complete reports. Has set up two deadlines, once for 1/31/23 and another for 2/8/23, but still has not sent me my report. I have contacted them on numerous occasions for a status update, but am not getting a response. On top of all of this, they charged my insurance company almost $2,000, claiming that they have rendered full services even though I still don not have my official report.
