I saw Tamara regularly for five months and did not feel like we had made progress on any of my issues or that she had any kind of plan for treatment. She may be fine for people who just need someone to talk to, but I didn't get the challenge or structure that I believe would make for successful therapy.

Tamara is great. Her methods of treatment are very effective, she instills a sense of trust and comfort. I would recommend Tamara to anybody
