I'm glad to see hdl up, but not the ldl of course. My chart also shows that my cholesterol hasn't been checked for almost two years. I have asked my PA to include it in my blood work every six months for at least the last year and a half. I had to ask three times in the last month to get her to finally add it, and Now look what happened, cholesterol is 276! Her assistant just called to go over my results (which I already knew). She chuckled when I told her our medical providers Need to look at our charts to see where we were, to know what we need. That's nothing to chuckle at! I told the asst. that If my cholesterol had been checked prior to this, we might have a clue if it is my diet, genetics, or the new meds. She chuckled again, telling me that she has to go take care of another patient. So she told me they are recommending that I cut back on sweets. I told her I hardly eat sugar, and use Stevia instead. I have an extremely healthy lifestyle! She needs to Look at my chart
