Best doctor we ever been to for 25 years but Munson made it impossible to see him when needed. They put so many patients on his plate you'll be dead or cured by time you get to see him

If you are really sick and you want to remain that way than this doctor and his medical assistant are the care provider team for you. This doctor never had any of my information on his computer(and really didn't care)so be prepared to be asked to refresh his memory a lot. His medical assistant does not know how to send a referral or receive a fax. If you have lab work done be sure you have all your lab requisitions and if your being tested for cancer don't count on a call with the results.

I have been a longtime patient. Every contact with the Doctor has been great. Wish I could say the same for the office staff. Especially now, since moving to Munson Healthcare. 3 days to get a prescription refill! In an electronic age? Give me a break. Can't talk to the Nurse or Doctor, Office staff blocks that. Oh, they are polite enough, as they inform you your healthcare provider is too busy to speak with you.
