I first met Dr. Wilson in February 2019 as part of an amazing physical therapy team that helped me recover from injuries sustained after a car accident. Once I could begin working out again, I was nervous to start because I didn't want to hurt myself or aggravate my injuries. As a client of Dr. Wilson, she was able to design a work out program specifically tailored to my needs and goals. She took the time to hear my concerns, coach me through work outs, give me a plethora of modifications, and explain things so clearly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend Dr. Wilson because she is a caring, thorough, and inspiring professional.
