Dr Gallan is phenomenal! I came to her at a time when I was struggling in my personal relationships. She helped see patterns of behavior in my life that were keeping me stuck. I felt safe, seen and heard by her. During our time together I was able to process things from my past that were incredibly heavy. She helped me move through them and find a whole new level of healing. Dr Gallan is a gift to the healing community of Wilmington, NC.

I am believer that all of us possess everything we need to work through and heal our issues. Dr. Gallan is a great resource in helping us find those tools within us, fine tune them, supplementing with her experience and wisdom where necessary and helping us navigate the winding, sometimes difficult but always worth it, path of self healing. Dr. Gallan helped me through my early 20 slump after college. I'm thankful for the tools she gave me to live my life to the absolute fullest! I highly recommend her- shes an absolute gem!
