Thorough and professional
Angela Bumpus was thorough and professional. She made me feel like my health was important to her and she took the time to answer all my questions. I had blood work done and she followed up with me on those results via a telehealth appointment. Again, answering any questions I had for her with patience and care. Highly recommend!!!

Obstetrics
The staff and medical providers are excellent. I first came to LifeChoices Family Medical for fertility treatment and have been treated respectfully. I'm now under the Obstetrics and Obgyn care with Angela as I've recently become pregnant. This is a nurturing and caring practice with a wide range of services from pediatrics to family medical providers I Lutz and Land O Lakes, FL.

Amazing
I see Angela and Dr Girón for primary care and she is just so kind. Appointments are easy to schedule, the office is organized and everyone’s happy! Heathy care used to be scary to me, until I started to go to LifeChoices. They are all so kind!

Excellent Provider
APRN Angela took over my prenatal care at 20 weeks.I struggled with multiple migraine episodes that landed me in the hospital with concerns of preclampsia. Any concerns I ever had Angela responded immediately. provided guidance and answered all my questions. I never felt alone and always felt completely and totally supported. Additionally. everyone in the office knew me and would do anything they could to help me. Excellent provide and so grateful to have them in my corner.
