I have met with Dr Jernberg twice, one with my husband for his exam and again for my own. We are both seniors and found Dr Jernberg patient, friendly and extremely thorough. She answered all our questions and was attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend Dr Jernberg to anyone in the Cottsge Grove area!!

I needed to be seen right away for some eye issues, so was scheduled with Dr. Jernberg instead of my regular eye doctor at PCV. I am SO glad I had the opportunity to meet with this Doctor! Her attention to my eye issues went far beyond my expectations, with thorough questioning and additional testing. The thing that impressed me the most was that I left with a much greater understanding of how glaucoma is managed. She showed me diagrams of the results and explained everything very clearly. It has always been my experience that the entire staff at PCV is friendly and top notch in their attentive care, but I was pleased that despite Dr. Jernberg's impressive professionalism, she was also open to my lame attempts at humor, making for a very pleasant experience all around. I was impressed with how knowledgeable Dr. Jernberg is and how well she explains each aspect of the eye exam and what it means for my vision. She encourages questions and makes the eye exam a very positive experience.

I went in for an annual eye exam and diabetic exam. I found the Dr. to be thorough in her exam. She took the time to listen and address my concerns. When I received my glasses, the prescription was perfect.
