One person in the reception was very short and rude with me. I am 85 and don't have access to a computer , my husband, in hospice care, was the one who handled all work on line for us. So when I asked to fill out the form, the receptionist was rude and practically through the form at me to fill out. I am sorry but I cannot fill out forms online.
