Good job Doc
I went to Mid Hudson Regional Hospital with a horrible pain in my groin. I was told I had a right inguinal hernia. I was given a list of doctors who could repair this. I called two of them and left messages. The next day I was called back and given an appointment with Dr. Zoha. He checked me to confirm what I had, a few days later I was called with a date to report to the hospital. I had the surgery done and was out of the hospital the same day. It has been two weeks since, I have seen Dr. Zoha for a follow up, and I am pleased to say I am healing well and there were no signs of an infection. Thank you Dr. Zoha

Hernia Surgery
Dr. Zoha demonstrated a high level of expertise and skill during the pre-operative consultations, where he thoroughly explained the procedure, answered all my questions, and alleviated any concerns I had. The surgical procedure itself was conducted with precision and efficiency. Dr. Zoha and the entire surgical team created a reassuring environment, making the experience as comfortable as possible. Post-surgery, they provided detailed instructions for my recovery, ensuring I had the necessary information to follow through with the healing process. Not only did Dr. Zoha excel in the technical aspects of the surgery, but his compassionate and patient-centered approach truly set him apart. He took the time to listen to my concerns, address any anxieties, and consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to my overall well-being.I would also like to commend the nursing staff and support team at Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital who were equally professional, and attentive.

Excellent Surgical Experience
Dr. Zoha and team were fabulous from start to finish. I was in for a hernia after being referred out from an urgent care facility. Diagnosis, scheduling and pre-op interview were handled efficiently, with direct and easy communication along the way. On the day of the procedure I was at ease knowing all concerns were being handled and that the procedure would be completed successfully. My recovery has been great so far and I have confidence in the work the entire team did to ensure my surgery was a success. All of this is to say Dr. Zoha and his team will take care of you, get you in as quickly as possible and make sure you are given a top quality surgery. I am happy to say I got my procedure done with Dr. Zoha and would recommend him and his team with the utmost confidence.

The Best Anyone Could Hope For
Dr. Zoha is the absolute best of the best when it comes to surgeons and doctors. He saved me not once but twice. The first time was during my pregnancy. The invasive abdominal surgery would not have been done but he did whatever he had to. The only reason both myself and my baby are alive today is because of his skilled expertise! Recently I needed the same trauma abdominal surgery. I am fortunate that Dr. Zoha took me in again. Without him and his colleagues in the OR my surgery would have not been so successful! Dr. Zoha is not only an expert in his field; he is the most kind and compassionate doctor who cares about his patients. The follow-ups have also been a breeze and eased a lot of my anxiety about recovery. The office staff, including his wonderful wife, are the most kind, caring, compassionate, and attentive people you hope to encounter during diffuclt times. The whole team is the best anyone can ask! Zoha is the only doctor I will ever trust and he is such a blessing!

Exemplary Skills and Compassion
Telehealth
Last year, I needed an emergency splenectomy. As a trauma surgeon team leader, Dr. Zoha received the call. My wife said he was very caring. When I met him, I realized how fortunate I was to have him perform the surgery and reassure my wife that I would be fine. This spring, I got a hernia on the incision. My PCP misdiagnosed it. By summer, it ruptured. I went back to Dr. Zoha. He examined me, ordered a CT scan, and scheduled surgery. My PCP refused to clear me for surgery but offered no reason. I called Dr. Zoha. His office manager, Donna, set me up with another doctor. Donna and I spoke often. No medical professional has ever been as helpful. The surgery went well. Dr. Zoha visited me several times at the hospital. A month later, I got an infection. Donna quickly scheduled an office visit and then a CT scan. Dr. Zoha personally worked through the process at the hospital to get me into surgery quickly. Dr. Zoha, Donna, and Nurse Cierra have displayed exemplary skills and compassion.

Dr. Zoha was excellent. The surgery was more involved than anticipated and he was extremely attentive. The next day he even moved the tray table near me. I said but you are the doctor. His response was" who said I can't be of service to my patients." He kept me informed all the time. His staff in office were extremely nice and followed through on everything. i certainly would recommend him. January 19,2022

Dr. Zoha was excellent! After years of chronic acid reflux (while using prescription meds) and multiple emergency room visits, Dr. Zoha was the one that finally diagnosed that my gallbladder had to be removed. The surgery went better than I expected and within 1 day I had no acid reflux. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Zoha. He changed my life.

I was abandoned in extreme pain for 30 minutes on an empty hospital floor, calling for help, during an emergency room visit. I was tangled in IVs to a bed and no one could hear me. Zoha finally showed up after 30 minutes, and another physician asked if he'd been attending me the whole time, and Zoha said he was. I was too scared to disagree. Impatient and dishonest. Office is impossible to reach by phone, does not return calls.

Had my gallbladder removed. Have had chronic pain in my right side ever since. No one can find a reason why but imaging showed that there are clips left behind from surgery. The doctor never told me that he had left equipment in my body. The pain I have now is severe and chronic.
