I am a retired new jersey state police officer who drove several hours for a contact lens. This dr made a mistake which has cost me $1000 and she refused to correct it. Even after visiting her again in person i was lied to and misled and now im stuck with a useless lens that makes my vision worse. I told her the same day i received the contact it was making my condition worse only to be lied to. Now im out $1000 which is almost an entire month of my pba pension :(

Dr. Fiol-Silva has performed magic with contact lenses for my difficult eyes, for many years. (Before I went to her, another doc gave me ill-fitting lenses, I was miserable for a year and he said I would probably have to stop wearing contacts.) Every time some company stops making the lenses I'm wearing, Dr. Fiol-Silva figures out the best new thing for me and usually it's even better than before. I would never go to anyone else!
