Waste Of time
All of my concerns were either dismissed or minimized. Much of the conversation was dominated by her and I did not feel heard at all. It's a shame doctors like this still practice. I left confused and disappointed.

Arrogant and Rude!
The first time I saw her she was great, but my 2nd appointment with her was a completely different experience. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but she was extremely rude, arrogant and condescending. There were times that I couldn’t even complete a sentence because she kept interrupting me. She spoke to me at times like I was a 2 year old. I’m already in the process of switching to a new surgeon. Im sure she’s knowledgeable in her field but I refuse to be spoken to and treated the way I was and I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

They got rid of all the terrible reviews- I had a nightmare time with her, and she is a general surgeon- not a breast surgeon- If I were you I would go to the Breast Center which is fantastic in Poughkeepsie- with board qualified breast surgeons and fantastic people in beautiful surroundings- If you need surgery Susan Boolbol was the head of Breast Surgery at Mt Sinai and we are so lucky to have her- they also treat the whole person. Zoe turned on me when I said I wanted a second opinion. No stars- She was awful to me during one of the most vulnerable times of my life.

This has been the best and kindest experience in the face of a difficult moment in life. I have felt totally seen, respected, reassured and listened to. I am incredibly grateful not only to doctor Weinstein but all the office staff. Always on time and stress free office visits. Incredibly responsive to calls. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am.

Dr Weinstein performed a biopsy and lumpectomy on me recently. Throughout the entire experience I found her to be caring, personable and extremely thorough. She explained everything in great detail which helped me to understand and put my mind at ease. Her surgical skills are excellent, once I heal completely there will barely be a scar. I also enjoyed the personal interaction, really enjoyed talking to her - she is a funny lady. I would recommend her 100%!

Got the call of an abnormal mammo, called Dr. Weinstein office, they got me in the next day for a biopsy. I have Breast Cancer, Dr Weinstein did my surgery, she has explained every detail to me and answers all questions. She even called me back at home at night when I have called her office. Rachel the nurse is also wonderful, held my hand during the biopsy and talked to me.

My sister was diagnosed with an agressive form of breast cancer and Dr. W. should have urged my sister to have a mastectomy but instead opted for a lumpectomy. She's dead and I blame Dr. Weinstein. Sorry I just do.

Dr Zoey saved my life, three years ago I had a lump removed from my right breast(Jan2016). Zoey explained the procedure and the radiation treatments needed. The whole time she treated my like a daughter so kind.Zoey had me going every 6 months for a mamo, three years later it (Jan2019) showed a new cancer in the same breast. If was a different type of cancer but very aggressive, Zoey explained to me,my husband, son and daughter the procedure and the reason why I had to have it removed. It was heart breaking but Zoey helped me through it Before surgery my Oncologist, DrAndre and Dr Zoey decided on 6 intervenes treatments. She also contacted reconstruction surgeon, Dr.Earhart.The day came for surgery and I was a basket case. Before I went in the operating room my team was joking and they actually made me laugh, as I was falling asleep I still can hear DrZoey saying everything is going to be fine and it was. I hope no one has to go through this,if you do your first call should be Dr. Zoey

Dr. Weinstein has been so active in my case from the day of my biopsy. She has advocated for me rigorously & streamlined my care. I have been involved in the health care community, both personally & professionally, for a while and finding a doctor with bedside manner like this is rare. She has treated me as a mother, a wife & a student; not just a cancer patient. Her staff is wonderful; absolutely love her nurses. Well respected in the health care community by many. Her reputation precedes her.

She said I’m not the kind of doctor for this. Okay, you didn’t think to tell me that before I had to wait a month for an appointment after you reviewed my ultrasound and knew exactly what my issue was. You stated I wasn’t a priority so I could be scheduled a month out. Then she asked about how my Mom died and I told her and she told me I’m sorry your mom didn’t die from heart problems at the age of 27 ?? she told me I’m young and healthy and I’ll be fine meanwhile I’m in pain. Cruel lady

Very fine doctor. Put me at ease asap. Made a scary experience much easier. Efficient, wonderful office staff and assistants. Great surgeon. Really knows all about breast cancer and clearly explains it. If you have to get breast cancer, this is the doctor you want helping you get through it and win. She made appointment opening for me in one day after mamo.

Would never recommend this Dr. She was absolutely dreadful in both her comments, her care (or lack thereof), and her initial unwillingness to release relevant medical information, until my new surgeon intervened.
