First of all...the front office staff was very pleasant & accommodating in booking me for my first visit. This is one big reason I left my previous GI dr. My first appointment with Dr Sherman went very well. I was impressed with how he was familiar with my chart BEFORE he came into the room to introduce himself. He listened to all my concerns and was very reassuring. I like his conservative means of treatment. Overall, my visit went very well and look forward to using Dr Sherman as my GI doctor!

Fantastic Gastroenterologist!
Dr. Sherman was so personable. He listened carefully to my concerns. He took the time to review my file BEFORE I arrived. When I asked a question, he looked way back to find an answer. I am completely satisfied and confident in his care for me

The whole process has been seamless
Dr Sherman and staff have been absolutely wonderful! I was shocked with how efficient the process was yet how much time Dr Sherman and his staff took with me. Every staff member was great and Dr Sherman seemed very knowledgeable and caring. He seems to want to help me feel better. He also noticed an obscure reeding in some of the bloodwork I had on my medical app and he ordered an ultrasound to make sure we are checking everything out, which I appreciate. I was very particular about the gastroenterologist I selected because I knew I’d need an endoscopy, but I also had gastric bypass years ago. I know the risks of selecting a gastroenterologist that doesn’t understand the “set up” of my altered stomach (I had a friend who’s stomach was torn apart and destroyed by a Dr inexperienced with gastric bypass). But Dr Sherman seemed to know exactly what we are dealing with, which is a huge relief. I feel safe under his care.

Exceptional physician
I’ve seen 3 other GI docs in the last 5 years and this doctor was the first to really listen and put together a reasonable action plan to resolve the problem. He didn’t write my concerns off as “IBS”. He didn’t want to repeat useless procedures that have consistently shown nothing. He validated the seriousness of what I’m dealing with and took appropriate action. I highly recommend this physician.
