1st time priced gouged by a doctor. Unnecessary 78.00 3-minute consultation. Spent more time in waiting room filling out 6 pages of questions. Changed my primary care doctor's prescription from routine to diagnostic colonoscopy, resulting in huge out of pockets cost to me. Not to mention over charging the insurance company.

Waste of time, go elsewhere
I had a 330Appointnent and by 4:45 every patient in the waiting room that came in after me was seen. Finally, the gentleman that checked me and took my co pay asked if I had an appointment????? After several employees were gathered at the front desk socializing for that hour and 15 minutes. Then was not examined was taken into an office by a USF student asked questions that I could not hear she was so soft spoken. Then the Dr came in (this was not my first visit with him.) was not listening to my issue and talked about his incontinent machine. WHAT!! I did not get any answers for my issue except schedule and endoscopy and liver scan. Was looking for some medical relief in the interim. No schedule for liver scanning and I canceled the endoscopy. I’m going elsewhere! Don’t want anyone who can’t pay attention to me either from the office staff or Dr touching me!!! Go elsewhere.

NO! Red flags with practice and dr.
New patient. This 'doctor' did not ask any questions during the 'pre-op appointment.' He did not check any vitals or discuss the procedure. He added medical notes (which I got a copy of) stating that he did an exam and checked my heart, lungs, blood pressure, weight etc. He did NOT. First big red flag. He did not discuss the procedure AT ALL. He was too focused on pushing his 'new laser and skin care machines'....yes, at a gastroenterology appt??? I have read other reviews now online and so many patients have had the same experience. Clearly, it is all about $$$ and not patient care. Putting the serious concerns with this 'doctor' aside, the office itself is also sketchy and unprofessional. The wait time to get into my scheduled appointment was 60 minutes! It was too inconvenient to reschedule so I sat and waited, but they had clearly OVER BOOKED and the situation was the same for all of us. They had other patients' files out and were visible while at the check in and check out desks.

Best GI Dr. He sees you from first visit , during.
The Dr. listens to all concerns, not a PA or ARNP. There is no middle person to confuse your questions and to get complete care by a gastroenterologist. There job is much more than just scoping us constantly.

Go Somewhere Else
Travel time = 1 hour Procedure time = 1 hourRequired to drink an incredible amount of waterGiven the above when they can’t remember my appointment, I’m furious. If I didn’t show then I’d be charged, but they take my time and still charge despite the inconvenience. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. GO ELSEWHERE

Was great....he is to the point and tells you what is important. He answers any questions...no matter how many. He told me I would have no pain and he kept his promise. I felt nothing and was in and out in 15 minutes....I loved that!

RUN FAR FROM THIS PLACE
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!! CROOKS! Made an appointment for a peel with their so called "esthetician" Jennifer...was asked for $50 in advance (SHADY) and unfortunately got sick and could not make it. Cancelled shortly after making the appointment and was charged anyways. Called to ask why and the LIAR states I said I was going t reschedule...which I DID NOT say. Now I am out $50.00 because of this idiot. Not only are you crooks but she is rude and gave me attitude. Way to take advantage of someone who is not only sick, but was recently laid off...

Long Wait Times and Incompetent Front Office Staff
This review is based entirely on the front office staff and not Dr. Bidani himself, since I never got to actually see him. After about 35 minutes and after seeing patients taken out back that arrived after me, I proceeded to tell the receptionist that I would have to reschedule since I had already been waiting over 30 mins. The receptionist looked at me with a confused look and asked "you've been waiting for 30 minutes?" I responded in a disappointing tone and then asked "is that normal since you're giving me a look?" What was even more frustrating was a conversation that took place that the entire waiting room could hear. One of the nurses advised the receptionist that she needed the phone# of a patient and it wasn't listed in the file and there was no new patient paperwork in the file. The receptionist simply responded with "I'm sorry. I'll do better next time." This was the tipping point for me that this medical office is not one that I want to be affiliated with now or ever.

Tried to schedule unnecessary procedures
I was referred to Dr. Bidani through my primary and I was disappointed. He did not listen to my symptoms and instead focused the entire appointment about weight loss. I was scheduled for a procedure without much insight as too why. This lead me to believe this was just for money. I got a second opinion and glad I did since I ultimately did not need the procedures he recommended.

Appointments pre and post procedure disappointing
I was referred to Dr. BIdani by my primary for a colonoscopy. I have no complaint with the procedure or his staff. It was the process that was irritating. First visit was mostly spent with Dr. Binadi marketing a couple machines he owns - one for incontinence and one for belly fat. Not much talk about my colonoscopy. The procedure day went well. The surgery center staff were all great. I did not receive my results that day but had to make a phone appointment for two weeks later. Other friends who have had colonoscopies told me they received the results before they left the surgery center. Billing for an extra visit? My appointment was scheduled for 430 pm. This was confirmed by text the day before. Dr. Bindai finally called me at 605pm! No apology. Will probably go elsewhere next time.

After a bad experience with another doctor, Dr. Bidani was like a ray of sunshine! He listened to me! He had a rational step by step plan of treatment. Within a week he had found what I didn’t have. I’m convinced he will find the cause of the problem.

I met Dr. Bidani three times in January-February for the removal of three bleeding hemorrhoids. He used a procedure that was quick and painless. He is the most friendly physician I have ever met. He explained the procedure and made sure that I left the office without any complications. Excellent physician!
