I never felt like I was rushed in or rushed out. My questions were always answered, and things were explained in layman‘s terms. The staff is excellent called me with my lab results.. this is the kind of care doctor. Should I love her.

I had a tough sinus and ear infection I was afraid had not been cured, dr R spent time to thoroughly evaluate me and pointed out that at least part of my problem was likely a migraine type shooting pain headache due to bruxism (and I do wear a guard at night to prevent chronic grinding ). She gave me very detailed care instructions and preventive suggestions and showed me on the scan that I have no more infection. I had gone to another ent doc and had been prescribed several different antibiotics before getting the scan… short story, this dr gets to the bottom of things in an intense and intelligent manner. She is great.

I had a bad ear infection and was misdiagnosed by two doctors before seeing Dr. Richardson and she THANKFULLY immediately correctly diagnosed me in minutes and relieved my weeks long suffering and anxiety. I can't thank her enough and can't recommend her highly enough. She was very careful with me and very knowledgeable. THANK YOU, Dr. Richardson!

I wear hearing aids. The domes retain moisture and trap ear wax. The buildup of the wax becomes uncomfortable and reduces hearing by blocking the ear canal. Her procedure for removing the wax is not uncomfortable (for me), and both the ear relief and improved hearing are so significant that I have shortened the intervals between appointments, because Dr. Richardson’s skill has improved my quality of life, while wearing hearing aids, which are vital for my hearing.

I was recommended to Dr. Richardson at Valley ENT by a different ENT. The referring ENT was not that great. From the first moment that I met Dr. Richardson, I knew immediately that I had a good medical doctor. During my initial consultation and subsequent visits, she reviewed my entire medical history, reviewed my CT scans, ordered blood blood, and diagnosed my conditions. She always went well above and beyond the call in duty to provde me with excellent patient care. She performed a procedure in her office to alleviated the congestion that I was experiencing. She even called me at home after a long work day. She was very polite and thorough. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Richardson is the doctor you should see. She is a gentle and quick doctor when it comes to sticking that scope up your nose to see what's going on in your sinuses and she has a three step routine that cleared up my chronic sinus infection and it will probably work for you too. I highly recommend her!

Having lost much of my hearing in one ear for no apparent reason, I was very worried about what might happen next. Dr. Richardson coolly laid out Plans A+B (combined) and a rather scary Plan C. Thankfully, being put on strong medication, A+B worked like magic, despite my initial misgivings. The doctor seemed very sure of her initial assessment, and she turned out to be 100% right: I couldn't be happier with the results !

Dr Richardson speaks very fast and seemed like she was in a hurry. My appointment was later in the day and I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time so I am sure she was behind. I am one that asks a lot of questions and I felt like I was annoying her. Overall, it was an okay appointment, but I would have preferred she slowed down and took more time with me.

She completely dismissed my concerns about my ears remaining clogged after a bout of bronchitis even after a test done in her office showed areas of negative pressure behind both eardrums. When she found out that I take an prescription antacid reducer, she immediately blamed acid reflux for my ears being clogged! She told me to stop eating any carbs and caffeine to clear up my ears! When I asked her to treat me for the fluid she admittedly saw behind my eardrums, she refused.

Her ratings seemed really good. Dismissed ALL my concerns and seemed she wasn't listening or caring. As she was explaining something to me and I didn't understand, she acted put out that I needed clarification - she said it in the same way again so I pretended to understand just to please her. After the hearing test, she "interpreted" (ha) the "hearing level" chart.  Never heard someone talk so fast in my life. Talked as if she was talking with a colleague instead of someone who has no knowledge whatsoever of what any of that (symbol keys, ratings) means.  So to save myself from her disrespect towards me, once again, pretended to understand - I just wanted out of that office! Gave me NO help with tinnitus. Like a lot of audiologists - just wanted to sell me another hearing aid. I don't call her a "Dr." by any stretch of the imagination.

Honestly she's one of the best, always answers all my questions and explain how procedure is going to be done. She cares about your well-being and health.

Yvonne Richardson is the best and most professional doctor I have ever seen, and she explained all my problems in detail. Now I have the confidence to solve my stuffy nose and tinnitus problems. Especially, she can speak different languages to solve problems. That was a great experience for me.

Dr. Richardson is a great doctor. She was able to determine the cause of some medical issues in a very short time. She did not overlook conditions that my previous doctor ignored. She offered audiology testing and I discovered the need for aids. She offered allergy testing and I discovered multiple sensitivities that were not previously treated properly. She has a very pleasing patient manner despite how thorough and punctual she is. She offered daily routine improvements and dust reduction tips that are already improving my life in wonderful Arizona without additional drugs or appliances. I recommend her practice for any ENT issues. You won't find better in the Valley.

Dr. Richardson is a hands on doctor who is cordial, professional, knowledgeable and will spend time and listen to a patient's concerns. I highly recommend this doctor for medical issues with the ear.

I went to Dr. Richardson after having a miserable experience with another doctor. Dr. Richardson listened to my concerns, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and was able to help me and my situation by thinking "outside of the box". I went into the office scared that I would receive the treatment that the other doctor had given me, but left feeling there was hope of a remedy for me. I highly recommend her.

She always spends a lot of time answering my questions and explaining things. She is always professional, nice and a caring doctor.
