Dr. Yunna Jiang, MD

Dr. Jiang is the best endocrinologist I have ever been to. She is professional, Compassionate and kind. She genuinely cares about your health and making you feel better. She is an outstanding doctor and an amazing person and I absolutely love her! I highly recommend her to anyone in need of the best endocrinologist! Wha

100% the worst doctor experience I have encountered. I could type out paragraphs about why I would NOT recommend this endocrinologist. Didn't listen to anything that was going on, just sat there and made a quick diagnosis in the 10 minute window she allotted for the appointment, and after lab results (which she did not follow-up with us on) is proving that the diagnosis is most likely wrong and incorrect. Demeaner was complete opposite of empathetic and felt like a couple of cattle being pushed out of the office without any real answers or care. Transactional and just looking to prescribe (which she also forgets to do it seems based on ours and other reviews). Last but not least - My wife was the patient, and when she walked in she thought I was the patient....even though my wife was the one sitting on the table. I can't make this up.

This may have been the worst doctor's visit I've ever had. Dr. Jiang walked in the room and somehow looked mad to see me, despite me not knowing her. All of her questions were extremely accusatory, she had no interest in my history, and trashed the medical advice of what my last endocrinologist and I discussed. Despite me saying I needed regular monitoring at this point in my health (as advised by my last endocrinologist who I left due to relocation), Dr. Jiang scheduled me for an appointment 6 months later. I left her office, went to the car, and cried. I have never felt so unsupported or unheard. Will not go back.

Arrogant, know-it-all, makes unfounded assumptions, does not listen to patients, extreme medical bias.

Long time diabetic (42 yrs on insulin) Dr. Jiang has used modern treatments and equipment to refine my treatments of both Type 2 diabetes and hypothyroidism., making my daily life easier and my results more consistent.I highly recommend Dr. Jiang

Crazy experience; nobody got my name right, had to argue about what my co-pay was, they coded my diagnosis wrong. The doc herself was somewhat combative (in a mild way), dismissing my experiences with meds, trash-talking the referring doctor, and eventually getting into a battle with him about which specialist needed to order which test. As soon as my blood results were available on the portal, I cancelled the followup and went to another doc who surgically and completely eliminated my problem. Treat me like i can't think for myself, and you've lost me. Do better.

Dr. Jiang was vey knowledgeable about my condition. The follow through from her office was good. I did not feel rushed during my visit. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing endocrinology services.

I began seeing Dr. Jiang in January last year for Hashimoto's disease. She has been amazing and she explains everything to me when I questions. She has gone above and beyond than other endocrinologists I have seen over the years. I like seeing her so much that my mother is now a patient of hers as well!

She was late, rude and rushed. Spent all of 15 minutes with me as a new patient. I will not be going back. By far the most uncompassionate physician I have seen. St. Thomas could do better than this.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Jiang. I had to wait an hour in the exam room for her to come in. She did apologize for her tardiness and told me this usually didn’t occur. She asked me why I was there and I told her. I gave her a typed paper with my dx, my meds, my history of CA levels and also told her the symptoms I was experiencing. She spent 10 min with me and said she’d see me again in 2 months. She indicated I shouldn’t drink any milk but drink lots of water. I should also continue to take Vit D, but not a CA supplement. ( I don’t and never have taken a CA supplement.) I told her my symptoms were going on too long and I really didn’t want to wait for 2 months. She quickly suggested an Ultrasound and proceeded to do one. She indicated one parathyroid gland looked a little different, then sent me for bloodwork. I felt the apptmt was rushed and she didn’t really address my symptoms. This is one of the worst dr’s apptmts of my life. I have to say her nurse was very nice.

Dr. Jiang is thoughtful and very thorough. Highly recommend her!

Yesterday was my first visit and I absolutely loved Dr jaing she is caring and took time to even talk to my 3 kids even though they aren't her patients she is a sweet lady!

Dr. Jiang provided the best healthcare service I've seen in a long time. She listened to my concerns and explained her care recommendations in layman's terms. Service was expedient, professional and friendly. She was the Best!

My first visit with Dr. Jiang was n yesterday! She's very thorough and she actually listens to you instead of just 'throwing pills' at you! I'm glad she takes the time to listen, some doctors just don't care, but she does!!!

I absolutely love Dr. Jiang. She is very thorough as well as she has a compassionste manner not found in doctors anymore. She HSS done 1 biopsy on my neck . she was not completely in agreement with the results so she is doing a 2nd one. She really cares for her patients!
