I am amazed that the people giving 1 stars to these unbelievable doctors, are the people that haven’t seen them. U want to give the staff 1 star, do that then. Don’t take a doctors reputation down a notch bc you think you know something. Doctors don’t control anything that happens up front- they see the patients. You’re blaming the wrong people it is very weird

I don't understand how anyone could criticize Dr. Lam. She is without a doubt the best and most compassionate doctor I've ever met. It's not fair to blame her for the work ethic of others. I had an issue with one of the staff during my third pregnancy, and I almost gave up on wanting her to be my OB-GYN again until I realized I couldn't do it without her. She's direct and always reassures me about what's going on. At times, I think she wanted so much from me, like so many blood tests, lol! But it is because I dislike needles and was carrying a high-risk pregnancy, those tests were necessary. I'll never forget how she made me feel throughout my entire pregnancy. She delivered all three of my babies, and I can't imagine a better experience. Dr. Lam, you are wonderful. Thank you!

Dishonest and lazy practices. After two visits and having our insurance information well in advance of the first visit, her office refused to tell us that our insurance would not be accepted, thus leaving us with a substantial bill. Never had a problem at a Franciscan location before, so we had no reason to assume there would be one. So unprofessional and lazy. Had to change doctors in the middle of our pregnancy, which was very stressful. Our new doctor works at Franciscan as well and there were no issues. She seems nice and I am sure she is qualified, but her office clearly doesn't care about our bottom-line, basic customer service or to communicate issues with its patients. My advice is to look elsewhere for a doctor.

I absolutely love this doctor! I can't say enough good things about her. She is so patient and really does take your concerns into consideration. She takes her time so you don't feel rushed!

This was seven years ago, mind you, so that’s maybe why she’s so great now. She didn’t acknowledge anything that I thought was a concern in my pregnancy. I was full-term, I had high blood-pressure, his heart rate was way too fast. She sent me to the hospital (which I thought I was doing a stress test) but instead it was a toxemia test which takes 24 hours (at that time, don’t know if it’s different now). The following day my son had passed away.

I was looking for a female gynecologist and was referred to Dr. Lam by my primary caregiver. I called to make an appointment, having first checked her site which states that she is accepting new patients, I was told on the phone that Dr. Lam is not accepting new patients at the moment. My suggestion to you is to update your site, so that women don't call your office. Thank you Lily

I have already recommended Dr Lam to three friends! She always listened, was very knowledgeable, answered every question. This was my second child and I really wish I found her to deliver my first! Her office staff was amazing and when it came time to be induced, she listened to my every need! I cannot express how amazing Dr Lam truly is!! I am HIGHLY satisfied!
