Dr. Roman Puliaev, MD

I was referred to him after several ER's and my primary could not identify my debilitating, painful health issue...given that my situation was changing for the worst quickly and was on the cusp of a medical emergency, they worked me in way sooner than originally planned. He ordered tests and identified the problem very quick and after that I was quickly scheduled for surgery to fix it. I feel this doctor saved my life! His staff, especially Candace, helped me so much when I was at my lowest and just kept getting sent around. She really helped me through that more that she will ever know!

I had an irregular PAP come back and needed to find an OBGYN. I did a biopsy that same visit with Dr. Puliaev. Did a follow visit and unfortunately I need a LEEP procedure done, which he can do and thank God he does it with anesthesia. I can't write about that part, bc I haven't had it done just yet.However I can say that Dr. Puliaev is very kind, explained exactly what the procedure is and how I will feel, very knowledgeable, felt like he is looking out for my best health, and on time. His staff is great as well!! I appreciate when people write reviews on Doctor's bc there are some great ones and not so great ones. I found him bc of the good reviews, and would like to add to that bc he is very good.

Dr. Roman was my OBGYN for my youngest. I was high risk with a baby that had MCDK and I myself had cholestasis. He explains everything throughly, gentle hand and really listens to his patients.

We are expecting our first and have had Dr. Puliaev as our Dr throughout this new journey. Dr. Puliaev, Nurse Candace, as well as the entire office staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and has made us feel comfortable throughout my pregnancy. Any questions I have had have been answered thoroughly and within 24 hours either via phone call or with the MYChart app. We have never had an issue getting an appointment that works with our schedule and have never had to wait more than 5-10 mins upon arriving. Our appointments are quick, but efficient (as I learned all prenatal appts should be). While we are grateful to have had a fairly easy pregnancy thus far, my husband and I feel very confident with Dr. Puliaev about any obstacles we may face as labor approaches. Should we be blessed to have a second child in our future, we will absolutely stick with Dr. Puliaev and his staff at Franciscan.

He is a GREAT Dr. Look at how many 5 star reviews he has. He delivered my son vaginally 17 months after a cesarean. He accepted me as a patient 5 months pregnant and high risk because I was new to the area. He was very thorough, even at 23 weeks and never at all discriminatory. I’ll see him or his colleague with all my womanly needs. I enjoy his accent as well.

Fantastic Doctor very patient and caring. Takes time to listen to concerns and returns measages right away. Doctors office staff are also fantastic everyone so kind and helpful. Truly appreciated. :)

He is a very patient doctor never in a rush like other providers, listens to you, explains what his rationale is for his decisions. He's a nice person treats you with respect and does what is best for you.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Puliaev as my OB. It was through the reviews on here that I decided to go see him. What the other reviews state here is absolutely true - he took the time to answer any questions I had and never made me feel rushed. He always checked in with me at every single appt. to see if I had any concerns. He does a great job explaining everything and I felt he was very thorough. The receptionist and nurses are also wonderful as well. My wait time was always short.

Went to Dr. Puliaev after my current OBGYN was booked 2 months out from a friend recommendation - he was accepting new patients and got an appointment scheduled only a week beforehand. I could not be happier with his services! Made me feel completely comfortable and a true professional. Teresa in billing is wonderful also, eased my worries.

Dr. Puliaev took the time to listen to me about my health history and he answered all of my questions. My examination was a complete delight. This doctor didn't hurt me at all, and I was at ease and very comfortable as he explained everything he was doing during my physical. He determined my problem immediately. Best OB GYN doctor I ever had. He's my new doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. Just letting you know ladies.

Dr. Puliaev is an excellent doctor. I felt comfortable and informed each time I had an appointment with him. He performed my sixth cesarean and I am very happy with the results. The nurses and assistants that work in his office are very friendly and professional as well.

I love Dr. Puliaev, he is a doctor that cares about you and it shows! I never felt like just a patient, he always answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I understood everything he was saying! If I have another baby in the future I would pick him over and over again! Such a great doctor!! I highly recommend him as a doctor!!

I was scheduled to see a completely different OB for my first pregnancy at a completely different hospital and it was going to be a month and a half before I got my very first OB appt...it being my very first pregnancy I thought that didn't sound right, so I heard about Dr. Puliaev and thought I would look into it..I am so very grateful I did! Such a wonderful OB/GYN who was so informative and helped me every step of the way. Such a great doctor and his staff is AMAZING!!!
