Dr. Yaw Donkoh, MD

Before thinking about surgery . Dr Donkoh explores many options . He has done fairly well for me . I have been out of neck pain & also leg pain . Which I thought I would never be . He has done injects on both neck & leg pain. I have had a successful nerve blocks . And an ablation which got rid of my leg pain . You can get an appointment pretty quickly . And it is close to where I live . If you’re looking for drugs do not go here . He treats getting rid of the pain not covering up root of the problem . It does take time but it is so worth it . I am experience some pain but hopefully it is from going zero to 100 . But it is bare able . I high recommend him .

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Your knowledge and skills are awesome. You have an excellent personality. You helped me feel calm and comfortable. Thank you so much for the great care.

Dr Donkoh, Listens to his Patients, Dr will tell you what he is doing step by step.

Went to him to have my pain pump filled and he told me he would not give pain meds to anyone but cancer patients. I told him he should go work in Oncology then. Didn't like at all.

Dr. Donkoh listened to all of my concerns when another doctor from a different practice refused to help me or take me seriously. He fully explained every step of my procedure beforehand, and also during. He was very respectful and kind, and ensured I was as comfortable as possible during my procedure. Afterwards, he checked in on me and explained once again what went on during the procedure and what to expect. I am so happy and thankful to have found Dr. Donkoh and look forward to continuing all of my pain management care with him in the future.

I’ve been waiting to see Dr. Donkoh for almost a month. It is so disrespectful and irresponsible of him to leave his patients stranded like this. This behavior is indicative of a dr who has no concern for his patients. He is not dependable.

Dr Donkoh is the best. He has an amazing bedside manner and is an excellent doctor. I’ve been dealing with back pain from herniated discs for the past year. Dr. Donkoh finally got me the relief I’ve been looking for.

I had sudden pain down my leg and in my back. I saw Dr. Donkoh at the Christ Hospital Out Patient building. I ended up having a herniated disc in my spine and Dr. Donkoh did an injection to help ease the nerve. He was very kind and gentle and the injection helped so much! I Will recommend the Christ Pain Clinic and Dr. Donkoh to anyone who suffers from pain.

Dr. Donkoh was inept at injections even with using an ultrasound. The needle hit bone over and over again. I should have done more research on both the doctor and accepted protocol for this procedure.
