No one ever answers at the office
Saw this physician in October..nice doctor very thorough exam..tried call the office on various times and days to only get the answering service saying they were gone for the day..like I stated before I have called at various times of day and on different days and I either get the answering service telling me they’re gone call back on a Monday or Tuesday or I don’t get an answer at all so I don’t really know how you get in touch with these people if you need to give them some important information about yourself such as new insurance coverage before your appointment

If I could give more stars
At first we had an issue as they did not accept my insurance although I had a referral. Me thinking oh no! This is going to ruin my experience. Well it was totally the opposite. The staff was very pleasant and had the office manager involved. They went ahead and saw me regardless. The back office and the doctor was AMAZING!!! The doctor took his time and explained everything. I never felt rushed like doctors offices usually do. I also felt like I mattered and not just another number. Wish more doctors took the time to listen to their patients. I highly recommend this doctor and this office hands down!!!!!!!

Dr Abu is kind and patient. He takes the time with you and explains everything. He gives you samples when you need them. I do have a hard time understanding him but I have my husband go with me. He's a very good doctor.
