His staff from the front desk to the nurses were so rude and awful I didn't even get to the dr. I couldn't take the abuse, I left! This was after 45 min wait till I got to go wait in the back! HORRIBLE! Dr Chen you need to take a look at your staff! They are NOT happy people!!!

Great Doctor
My mom has been seeing Dr. Chen for years for chronic back pain from arthritis. We love him! You can tell he truly cares about her and what is going on with her pain. He is kind and has always makes sure that any questions we have are answered before we leave. I would recommend him to anyone.

Thoughtful care provider
My mother (91 years old) has seen Dr Chen for years about her chronic severe pain issues. Dr C takes time with her each visit, understands her state of mind (about her pain, my dad, her daily living abilities etc) and uses that as part of his treatment. He explains why he continues with certain routine medicine and why or when he can do different procedures or medicines. He's a very caring physician who thinks about the whole person.

Xinquin Chen, MD and staff is one physician and nursing group to avoid for chronic pain management. He and his staff lost a Class II narcotic pain medication script, which Chen transferred from Baycare Green Bay to a remote Aurora pharmacy within the partnered Baycare ?aurora network. The arrogance and lack of standard of care by this physician and staff which ensued following this event was deplorable.
