He isn’t knowing everything that’s wrong with me
Telehealth
He doesn’t seem to know or care to find out everything that’s wrong. I can’t walk because my pain is so intense. Yet he only wants to give me 30 mg a day. I can’t function on that. I’m not able to get any housework done or exercise. That 30 mg just barely gets me able to walk for approx 4 -5 hours. I can’t take a 10mg, it does nothing. It’s a waste of time so I’ll take 2 and in an hour I’ll have to take a 3rd because I still can’t walk. Those wear off by evening. I have spinal stenosis in my neck and back with arthritis all over my entire body. I have neuropathy in my right foot. My right knee is needing replaced and my right hip has bursitis. I have COPD and EPHASEMIA . I have glaucoma in my right eye. Im in severe pain everyday all day and can’t sleep at night and he won’t give me a pain pill for when I go to bed. He wants to give me sleeping pills which don’t have any effect on me. Even when I take 2. I have an appointment with another doctor soon. I’m going to explore my options.

Horrible, I was abandoned when his prescribed dose didn't touch the emergency pain I was experiencing. Staff said he has 700 patients, how can he be fair to anyone? If you have an emergency he doesn't have time for you. He spends all his time on the phone treating oatients he's never seen face to face. Very convenient with pandemic to take 700 patients on wirh televisits. The pandemic is over, what are you afraid of, oh, you could never pull off 700 patients in your office in a month. At 20 patients a day doesn't even come close to seeing 700 in a month. He's soread too thin, & if your body or level of pain doesn't line up with his protocol, your out the door. He abandones you before he kicks you out. He doesn't know what's best for me, he doesn't even know me & he acts like he's got all the answers, well guess what, you don't! If only you could feel the firey burn that's constant, maybe then you could have compassion.

Been a patient for over a year now. He truly is the Best Doctor I have had and not just a pain Doctor either! Listens to me about my pain on top of that he's always asking about my life in general. I really believe I can talk to Doctor Ng about anything going on in my life. Would definitely recommend him!!

Dr Ng may be great at just handing out pills.. but as far as true patient care he is HORRIBLE with it.. He doesn't remember prior visit information.. talks over you about random stuff and then takes 10 minutes to talk about your regime.. and their "billing office" is a joke.. not filing claims correctly or in a timely matter.. I would steer clear of this place

If you're a workers compensation patient, stay far away. He is a long established Doctor, working on behalf of the insurance companies to plummet your medications and kick you out the door. I willingly asked to be taken off stronger medication. I was entirely compliant. I've had a half a dozen major surgeries and need more. None of this mattered. He still forced me to plummet my medications, as he seemingly does to all his workers compensation patients. This is one of the numerous reasons I've seen, that he's so poorly rated, on every single site he's reviewed on. He does not care how much pain you're in. He doesn't care about the misery he will intentionally inflict upon you, plummeting your medications, your valid medical history doesn't matter, you being 100% compliant doesn't matter, you even telling him you're putting your trust in him and know he has an ify history with workers comp patients, doesn't matter. He's paid to plummet your medicine and discharge you.

I've seen Dr. Ng for a couple of years. He's always been attentive to my medical needs. He thoroughly reviews any changes to my health and whether or not my prescribed medications are working as prescribed. He's also worked with me to decrease my pain meds to the minimum required to manage my pain. His staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Today I saw him and even though I had filled out the new patient info, he did not know a thing about me and we spent the whole appt repeating info on forms I feel he should have read ( I arrived well over an hour befor appt) I left his office with exercises to do (I have had months of phys therp) he told me come back in 2 wks. I already feel he does not care. Toilet could not flush. Did not send me to one that did. Did not seem sanitary

I was forced to see this so called "Doctor" by the Insurance Company, even though with my Workers Comp plan (Defense Base Act) I was suppose to have the right to choose my providers. From my records to my treatment everything this man did was far from ethical and bordered on criminal. Listing medications I had never taken , accusing me of taking a 10 day prescription from a different surgery for 90 days. He even referred to me in the third person as " You Guys" are all the same. Stay away.

Every visit I have had so far has been a horrible one.Mistakes in my script have been made everytime.Mistakes in scheduling are routine and have to be corrected. The front desk has been extremely inefficient and rude to me when I caught they're mistakes and try to get them corrected.l always have to spend twice the time of the office visit due to they're own errors.Dr. NY is rarely on site to oversee the staff who often are so rude it makes me want to just walk out and try and find a new doctor.

My Workman Comp insurance provider has required me to use Dr. Ng to manage my chronic pain, which is treated through the use of narcotics. Unfortunately, Dr. Ng makes treatment plans that he never gets quite right. Routinely, if the error-laden scripts can be fixed by phone, I'm the one who makes the call. However, he has called me to say that one of the new prescription could react adversely when it comes into contact with some of the other medicines he has authorized.
