He is a healer
Dr. Fan has treated me for a chronic condition for a few years, he is very caring, educational and talented. I had a new problem that made it where I couldn’t use my hand and he did an injection that cured it! It’s been 2 months and I still have no pain in my hand. Highly recommend him.

Do not expect help
So it took over 4 years to get an approved medical device implanted because none of the medical facilities with surgical rooms would allow him to operate. His entire staff turns over every year at the very least and they never have anything positive to say about him, I can say that he left my wife in severe pain from a spine headache for close to a week. He did not suggest a blood patch or anything, just rubbed her head a little. I have been with him for over 7 years, there was one problem and without any concern for what happened they have dropped me as a patient. This is not a big deal I really don't trust the man as he is always talking about how much better China is than here. I find his lack of empathy and refusal to accept reality very disturbing especially when it concerns my health.

Lies
He was a great Doctor .I got a call about my urinalysis test 9 days after saying they had to drop me as a patient because my pain meds weren’t in my system. I call bull because I took them as directed and had the bottle to prove it. So now i’m left without pain meds and she (nurse)also told me they have addiction centers! Contradicting?! I’m not an abuser of any medicine. one pill a day is not addiction .

I called to make a appointment when I was suppose to. Couldn't get appoint till almost 2 months. Took me past my 90 days. So they said they could not fill my script. I question this they had no answer said there hands were tied. I had back surgery about year and a half ago. Definitely still having pain. Now ill do without. How is this healthcare. Told them I would find other Dr.. They knew there was no other pain management Dr. In area. I called back latter told them I would do without pain meds just needed to set appointment ever how long it would be. They said find other Dr. They no longer would except me. Dr Fan said I could switch to other meds. That's all I called in about. Very rude don't do there job. Now I have no place to turn so how is this healthcare if theres. Judging people bad deal.

Dr Fan was extremely knowledgeable about the the situation, and knew more about the surgery that had been done 30 years ago than the current specialists we have found. He prescribed a pain med but then, after use, listened to our concerns and adjusted the dosage,

After explaining all symptoms of my Ankylosing Spondylitis Dr. Fan offered a shot for my neck which I was very receptive to. But knowing I had severe pain in my legs and feet he offered no other kind of medicine to help with pain or ability to sleep. Knowing I can't finish days of work or stand for long periods of time he told me I could come back on a Tuesday to get a machine from a vendor that comes in on that day of the week alone. Clearly did not care about anything but pushing it on me.

He did explain things to me even though he knew I was special needs, and when I failed to understand him he released me from his care. Since then, however, been doing so much better. Was put in therapy and not just drugs thrown at me, and it was explained to me by GP that I was nowhere near as bad as Fan lead me to think. Not surprising since I would see the guy maybe 2 minutes the whole time I was there, and idk if it my mental illness or what, but his staff treated me horrible.
