I have had two different procedures with Dr Phillips and each time my eyes are repaired with no problem. He explains EVERTHING from knowledge to experience for the procedure to healing process. I found him by accident coming from ER who said get to a retina dr asap. He took me immediately for retina repair. I have been using Dr Phillips ever since. Trust me when I say, go to Dr Phillips.

I have been Dr Philips retina patient for four years. He is very professional as well as the staff. He very thoroughly explained my eye condition and reviewed my care options in great detail. The Bowie office has expanded and is very comfortable and easy to get to. Minimal waiting time,

My Dad has been a patient for three years. Dr. Phillips has been professional, responsive, caring and respectful to my father and me. He, greets us with a kind professional handshake, reviews the records with us, conducts a thorough examination and shares his findings. He listens and addresses our questions thoughtfully and with credibility. The practice is extremely well-run. The staff is professional yet easygoing. The atmosphere is clean, warm and calming. The way healthcare should be.
