He's pleasant & competent & sympathetic when I close my eyes when he brings out the needle. I simply wouldn't Trust anyone else with my bodee. To fix it, & not hurt me. He is kind, too, he put a bandaid on the injection site. He always knows what to do, & he's not recommended an operation--so far, Bless him.

My first encounter with Dr. Payne was due to my having sustained a dislocated shoulder. He evaluated the injury and sent me for an MRI. After studying the images he recommended surgery followed by physical therapy. The surgery was successful and the initial recovery was not as difficult as I had expected. Dr. Payne scheduled several follow up appointments and made sure that I was progressing as well as I should. I am very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Payne and the staff of Proliance Southwest Seattle Orthopedics.

Dr. Payne did my arthroscopic shoulder surgery, and did an excellent job. There was minimal pain and a very good prognosis for going back to the things I love. Extremely knowledgeable, an excellent background in sports medicine, and I felt confident going in to surgery.
