If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not waste your time going to this office. The office staff is unprofessional and downright rude. Within 3 weeks, I called 4 times, never was my call returned and I sent 2 emails that no one answered. We were told that the doctor would be available on Monday and Wednesdays, changed around my daughter's schedule (labs on Wed. instead of Mondays) and we were going to have her come home on train on Saturday, get her shot on Monday and fly her back to Boston Monday night - once a month for the fall semester. We were VERY upfront with this schedule and told by the office manager they would "work with us". We signed the paper and they billed our insurance for a year worth of shots, then, by the second month (July), they told us the Doctor decided he no longer wants to come in on Mondays. Actually, we were told "He is the boss, and He will decide when he wants to come in the office, and He does not let patients dictate this schedule." Now, we have found a new Dr. and we will have to pay out of pocket for the shots (since Insurance has already been billed). Oh, and I also asked if the doctor could call us and I was told by the office staff "The doctor does not call patients". This is the type of doctor you will be seeing if you make an appointment here.

The Worst
The worst. He doesn't give you any time, doesn't listen and rushes you in and out. The only star is for his staff who were all very nice and helpful.

Earwax
I went there three times each visit was worse. Seemed like I was just coming back to give him another $50 co-pay. I went in there with earwax and left with tinnitus after I complained that I followed his directions and had ringing in my ear. he didn’t want to see me anymore .

Very likely!
Office staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. Both my husband and I had hearing tests completed in one visit, and the doctor reviewed the results with us. We both felt very confident in the care Dr. Morrow and his staff provided! Very thankful for the care we received!

Great Doctor – Feb 06, 2024

Blindsided
There was no warning Dr. Morrow was inserting a tube through my nose to my throat. The distress was unbearable and all I got was a tissue and he disappeared. I coughed violently for 5 minutes and expected someone to check on me as the door was open and I was not far from the staff. When coughing ceased, Dr. Morrow handed me a script for a chest x -ray. I asked for a nasal spray and it was called in but out of stock . That jarred my memory it was also out of stock when he prescribed it in May. He also told me the cough was possibly from covid I had in Dec. I test myself in Dec because I was worse and I misread the result. I called his office to change my appointment because believed I was positive. I retested and I misread the test, so no covid. He was very condescending when I told him I did not have covid in Dec and said 'the story keeps changing'. Ask what he is doing so you are not blindsided, distressed and insulted. Office mgr showed no empathy either.

Excellent Doctor
I am guilty just like many other satisfied patients of not taking the time to say how great a doctor was. That's very negligent because it leaves only those with an axe to grind leaving reviews. And that certainly doesn't give a good representation of the physician. Dr Morrow was wonderful and professional. He solved my condition when others couldn't. He listened and understood my pain. I would highly recommend him

I am new to the area and have had ear issues my entire life, so I am very familiar with ear procedures. I found the office staff to be very pleasant and efficient. A real live person answered the phone, not a machine. Dr. Morrow did a thorough exam of my ears and took the time to explain a treatment plan that would stop my recurrent ear infections. Overall wonderful experience.

You are ONLY $ to this doctor. He will have you sign lots of paperwork. You pay your $50 copay then as soon as he sticks a camera down your nose for 2 sec you will get billed $150...for each time. When you want to discuss they tell you to write a letter. You will get one back with every document you had to sign in order to be seen. He will not work with you. On top of that when he can’t figure out what’s wrong Dr Morrow will tell you go to to another provider in Philadelphia. Save yourself the time and $, just go to Thomas Jefferson. He is part of the reason insurance cost are so high and why doctors in South Jersey get a bad reputation. If there were 0 stars that’s what he’d get...his staff is very nice (on a good note)

Waited over an hour . Informed Dr. I understand schedules get behind but I should’ve been informed upon my arrival that he was an hour behind so I could have the option to reschedule. At which time Dr Morrow stated “EXCUSE ME I NEED A MOMENT”! Then he walked out of room shutting the door. Very unprofessional and furthermore I just gave him 60 minutes of a moment! I did a short test then he walked in stating he could not help me and referred me to another physician.

Absolutely terrific !!! I recently had a swollen gland on my deck. My GP sent me to have it scanned. If it gets worse, she tells me, go to the emergency room, immediately. You don’t want it to swell, cut off breathing and swallowing and have potentially critical problems. I went to Dr Morro. In about 5 minutes, he had diagnosed and fixed a problem that three doctors, two scans and blood work up had missed. And more important, I felt better and missed what was growing into a critical situation
