I called the appointment desk April 23 to confirm an upcoming appointment, which due to corona would have been a "video conference." I was under the impression (pretty sure I was told) this would be an in-person visit, but apparently the corona restrictions are still in place. I told the woman that I did not understand what good it would do me to pay $70 out of pocket to have my knee "examined" by video conference. She asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment. I sad, yes, I guess so, and she said, "OK," and hung up the phone. Very rude and disappointing.

Great staff that is caring and makes you feel comfortable; they get to know you and treat you like a friend. Dr. Marsh tells you everything, the good, the bad,and the ugly but develops a plan to help you overall and for the long run, not just a few weeks.

Be aware all, if this guy does a drug test on you it will likely be hot or tainted in some way, will screw up your career and life. He said mine was hot for meth! What! I am a US gov employee with a very High security clearance, it would be career suicide for me to do drugs. They took my sample and I did not see it again for more than 30 minutes, what happened to it? who had it? Now they will not help me. BE VERY CAREFUL AT THIS PLACE

I brought my husband here for the first time yesterday, 4/5/18. We were greeted immediately with a warm welcome. Let me tell you something we don't know what's going on with my husbands back but I have never left an office feeling like we are finally on the right track. Dr. Marsh displayed above and beyond what normal doctors display.

Years in pain and being fed pills to deal with it from workman's comp Dr.s after their other quackery no longer worked. My Army PCM finally sent me to see Dr Marsh. I did the steroid shots and then was back on the pills because I'm stupid! Once I let Dr Marsh do the first radio ablation therapy I was in so much less pain immediately. I wanted? to cry from relief. Over the years we've? worked together with more RAT's on both sides and I now live at a 2 with no pain pills! He is worth the wait!

I travel over 2 hours to see Dr. Marsh. I would travel twice as far, just to see this doctor. He spends time to talk with and show what he will be doing to alleviate my back problem. He has done 2 (RFA's) radio frequency ablations. One for the right side of my lower back, and one for the left. After the first ablation on the right side, he told me it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get some comfort. The day 1st day of the 4th week, I woke with no pain at all except for the left side. Thank you.

For injury, he's good, Physical Therapy - good. Pain management, not so good. I have degenerative disc disease, and arthritis, and was having difficulty with the pain and work. It was all about the shots, and when I expressed concern about the shots not working, all of a sudden I was accused of shopping for pain meds. I switched to another provider 2 years ago, and have been getting proper treatment that is working.

Dr. Marsh actually gives a damn! Severe ankle & spinal injuries w/numbness down my leg & feet, weakness as the day progresses. Military docs or run-them-through-like-cattle drs, prescribed pain meds & sent me on my way. After two spinal surgeries, one a fusion, I figured I would live in pain because I didn't want fog brain by medicines. Dr. Marsh sets himself apart - when he started treating the injuries & not just the pain I began functioning. He offers treatments outside of meds !!!
