Maybe the Best Eye Doctor in Jacksonville
Dr. Knauer quickly and efficiently diagnosed the source of my wife's vision loss and gave the appropriate and best recommendations for treatment in an efficient and easy to understand manner. I trust Dr. Knauer for all my family's vision needs. He has a wonderful demeanor and communicates well in common language that is very easy to comprehend. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and competent in his patient care. I highly recommend Dr. Knauer for care of the eyes.

Despite a cataract on my eye and my detailed explanation that I spend a lot of time outside (in Florida); and my telling him of the disadvantages of glasses (fogging up, falling off when exercising and getting broken), this doctor sent me away with a prescription for eye glasses. I had to schedule and appointment with his colleague, Dr. Smithwick, who performed cataract surgery. Despite the fact that both doctors told me that my eyes were healthy, I got a problem after surgery. Took 3 months to
