My experience with Dr. Hewitt was great. He has been very helpful when I saw him. I did have an emergency situation which came from lack of follow up from his office and needed immediate response. His nurse Nicole was not sympathetic, in fact she hung up the phone on me and didn't take my call after that. I left my number asking for her to call me back. I have been home with a migraine, missing work since yesterday. I am guessing she has never had a migraine. She was not a pleasure at all

I have taken my son which is special needs, to be seen by Dr. Hewitt 2 times and was really pleased with our visit with him. He is kind and seemingly concerned doctor. He took his time and answered all of our questions. Staff on the other hand was not so friendly. Even the lab tech was not friendly, In my opinion, when dealing with children you need to have some what of an outgoing personality. Not that of a fence post. Even my son said those girls wasn't very happy.
