I called on the day of my appointment and told them I could not find my wallet so I needed to come in later. I was told that I was rescheduled til the 31St of August which was exactly 3 weeks after the meds were due. I expressed my concerns for my health and withdrawal symptoms and I was told to go to the emergency room. I ended up in the emergency room at Wesley Medical due to withdrawl symptoms and they told me there was no way to get in because they double and tripple book appointments. I asked to see the Dr over the nurse practitioner and they said it doesn't work that way. I asked for Dr Cole to call me and a nurse told me I was not allowed to talk to the Dr and if I confronted him in the parking lot that I would be terminated. I thought I had rights to the Dr.

Do not recommend!! I initially saw Dr Cole for a year and then was moved to the NP, Becky. She was rude and did not seem to care about anything that had to do with my care. She dismissed my concerns and when I asked to see Dr Cole, I was not allowed and she refused to talk to him about me. They had me on strong pain meds for migraines and would threaten to fire me as a patient when I took LESS than prescribed. They always wanted me to do experimental treatments that cost $1000s but none were approved by the FDA for what supposedly was their purpose. This is basically a pill mill that needs to be looked into. Once I saw someone that had legitimate knowledge of my conditions, I was taken off of the high dose narcotics and have felt better than I have in years!! I was in a perpetual rebound cycle of migraines due to the pain meds. I would NEVER want anyone to go through what I had to!!

I think the nurse practitioner tries her best to run the patients off. I had bad experience with her and have heard this from other patients too. Dr is nice but because of her I do not recommend.

Be prepared for a long wait and bring a sweater or jacket; the waiting room is cold! Once we made it to a room, the staff was friendly and Doctor Cole was very understanding. We left from our first visit with a plan. Looking forward to the next time.

Dr. Cole is great but if you have Blue Cross insurance you will have to see nurse practitioner Rebecca Hollingsworth and she is not great. She consistently got bad screenings on me but my regular doctors office (immediately after) got normal screening. I was not allowed to talk to Dr. Cole, nor get a return call from him. BEWARE WHO YOU SEE AT THIS CLINIC.

I have been seeing Dr. Cole for several years with fibromyalgia, chronic pain syndrome, migraine and pain in/at all tendons with muscles constricted. He has helped tremendously in making my pain more manageable. Although I will never be without pain, the treatment he is prescribing is the same treatment I would receive at any national hospitals or clinics. He and staff are very compassionate.

He put my wife on such much medication that she was unable to function. I would not recommend him to anyone. I tried to discuss her symptoms and treatment 1 time and was cut short after about 30 seconds. Beware of this Doctor.

Dr. Cole is one of the only doctors that I have visited that genuinely seemed to care about curing my migraine problem, not just mask the pain. He did not downplay any of my symptoms and genuinely cared about every detail of my condition that I described to him. Doctors with bedside manner this amazing who also are as educated in their field as Dr. Cole is are hard to find. Highly recomend.

Dr. Cole explained and educated me on my pain. He listens to me as well, without down playing it to me. I look forward to a GREAT Doctor/Patient relationship.I also found him to be a Gentleman, afterall , how many Doctors would take the time out of their busy schedule to escort a 58yr. old lady to the Restroom? He sure DID.. WOW, that's rare these days.... Ur the best Doc.!!!!!

Dr. Cole has been my neurologist since 2012 or 2013 when I was referred due to chronic migraines. He has always treated me with respect, and never down played my pain level, ever. He always encourages me to get off of my bum and exercise, take care of me because no one else can, only me, and he's right. Due to his care, I am able to keep my migraines to a minimum. I wish I had known about him when he first came to Hattiesburg. My favorite part of the visits, I always learn something non-medical.
