Disappointed
We waited at Holy Cross Hospital for two days for Dr. Bond to arrive to see our mother. When he did arrive, it was close to visiting hours ending. My sister had left. He talked our mother out of a procedure that she needed to have. Since we weren’t there to speak up on her behalf, he left, and my mother is still having problems swallowing. Nothing was accomplished. My sister and I are extremely disappointed in Dr. Bond. We are back to square one. What other options are available to our mother, Dr. Bond? Doing nothing is not an option. Very disappointed.

Referral with no appointment
I was referred from another doctor's office. Although I stopped in to make an appointment, I was seen immediately. Dr. Bond had a good bed side manner and took the time to explain all that was going on. I was very pleased with the quality of service he provided. I did not give 5 stars because the nurse was rude and there was an issue with labs order. But those are not a reflection of Dr. Bond's quality of care.

This is one of the least efficient offices I have ever been to. There is only one receptionist, and she works painfully slowly. The online scheduler doesn't actually schedule you and bears no relationship to the actual openings at the office, but it doesn't tell you that. You wait for an hour or more. And finally, I don't trust the doctor's advice. Generally just a frustrating, useless experience that wasted my time.

Extremely horrible. He kept me waiting for 3 & 1/2 hours.I could barely breathe his assistant wasn't much help either I've requested my previous prescription just so I could have my primary physician call it in, but she kept insisting I wait. I have nevered in my entire life watch a dozen of patients walk in after me and be seen before me with minor concerns at that. I was the only one blowing, sneezing and struggling to breathe while they carry on life conversation as I suffer.NEVER AGAIN NO *
