I was waiting in the office with my old mother. After more than one hour I asked what was going on. I got the explanation that doc has an emergency and they don't know when he will be there. I said that they should respect the patients' time and give the option to wait or reschedule. The person named Nicole was rude and laughing. A very unpleasant atmosphere. The office manager was the only person who was nice and very professional.
