Dr. Luchetti performed surgery on my damaged rotator cuff that apparently was so serious that another surgeon had said that it was too damaged to repair and given my age, inadvisable to move forward with surgery. After reviewing my case, Dr. Luchetti simply said, 'I think I can do you some good.' And he did. My surgery was highly successful. I now have full range of motion in my arm. Had I listened to the surgeon who rejected surgery for me I would have had constant pain and restricted use of my right arm for the past decade and would most likely be confronted with a full shoulder at this stage of my life.

Staff does not care about your well being
After a recent visit I went round and round with his staff concerning an alternative pain med plan as mine was not working. First they passed the buck to my PCP then came up another excuse at to why they could not prescribe a certain medication for pain do their policies. I don't care about your political policies I just wanted some relief as I may have torn my rotator cuff and have been a-lot of pain. Just needed something for the pain until the MRI and next visit to see if I would be requiring surgery to fix the issue. So this office clearly puts politics in-front of care or your well being first. Find a facility who cares about you!! You doctors should care about your well being not their policies and politics! I have not been on any pain meds in years and am not currently on any. Don't really care about anything at this point accept getting out of pain. Sad part is I liked the doctor personally but I did not see him to become a friend.. Humph!

Dr. Luchetti’s bedside manner left a lot to be desired. He rushed through the appointment and acted as though I was wasting his time because I had a normal x-ray and didn’t have a surgical issue. He wasn’t interested in what I had to say and rushed to judgment about what the issue is. He made a lot of inaccurate assumptions as well. All he needed to do was listen. If I had gotten to talk in detail about relevant information, he’d know the following, very relevant things: 1. My trainers at the gym all have undergraduate degrees in exercise science. They all have experience in a variety of settings including rehabs, athletic coaching, etc. They also work with members of all ages with a variety of health issues, injury histories, etc. No one assumes all bodies are the same. The precise reason I chose that gym. 2. My workouts are mostly functional strength and metabolic style workouts. I also do yoga and stretch for half an hour daily. I am quite flexible and my muscles should not be so

On 11/12/18 Dr. Luchetti gave me a new shoulder! He took the time to explain to me what was going to happen, and how I be taken care of afterwards. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience (as much as major surgery can be)! I was amazed at how smooth everything went, from being admitted & prepped to my overnight stay to being discharged. Dr. Luchetti's follow-up coupled with PT by Mike & Matt has made the entire process pretty great.

I have been a long time patient of Dr Luchetti's. I was not able to see him for 5 years due to an insurance issue. When going back to see him a couple months ago he quickly diagnosed me and quickly scheduled me for a TKR. He is the only doctor I trust with my knees. He is such a caring doctor and he puts his patients first.
