Dad was a patient. Dr. Lok is very caring and always took the time to address our family concerns. He was a true advocate for dad, never giving up on his treatments even when others wanted him to go on hospice. Thank you and your staff for the great care and compassion over the years.

Doctor is always late. If you have a morning appointment or afternoon appointment he is always over an hour late. Maybe he is chatting with staff? He than rushes out after speaking to you for a few minutes. He does not return phone calls and even if you e-mail him he does not return calls.

My father was a patient of Dr. Loc for MANY years & he had a lot of trust in the care from Kaiser & Dr. Loc. Now almost yr. since my father has passed I am able to vent & let Kaiser know how I feel. I received no condolence from Kaiser or Dr. Loc when my father passed, this made me feel like he was just another number & not a person but of course I got his last bill ...aging just a another number & a past due bill & he was so much more than that Marv's Daughter
