Time well spent
He certainly spends time with you and answers your concerns. The only thing I have not liked were the times I had to see his assistant and not him. Today was a 20 to 25 minute visit, thus the latest for his getting to me at my appointment time. He probably spent time with you! :)

Dr. Seetharam was my Oncologist for two years before he started with Mayo Clinic. I assume Mayo appreciates the extremely high quality of this wonderful caregiver. With over twenty successful visits with this gentleman, it is obvious he professionally and humanly cares. My recommendation is obvious.

Bedside manor, personal care and follow through is topnotch! I am sad he left my only oncology group. I am following him to his new practice.

Extremely qualified and intelligent oncologist. You will always wait for your appointment, but he will give you all the time you need once it is your turn. He won't discuss health and/or cancer matters that might happen in the future, so you only get information relevant to the time you are meeting with him. He is very good at calling you at home at end of day to answer concerns or questions. He is very good at consulting with other oncologists if your care warrants it.

I have been under treatment with Dr. Seetharam for the past year for a large, rare lymphoma brain tumor. He is the most knowledgeable, kind physician I have ever seen. He was always informative, and made sure I always understood my condition and treatment. He referred me to, and conferred with other expert oncologists. Now, 1year later, my tumor appears to be gone. I could not have battled this cancer without Dr. Seetharam.

My mother was blessed to have been given Dr. Seetharam to treat her rare form of lymphoma when she was hospitalized for a brain tumor. I am a nurse and Dr. Seetharam is by far the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He goes above and beyond when a patient is in need to make sure they are comfortable and treated appropriately. He answered questions on the weekends and evenings in a way my mother could understand and his bedside manner is so genuine!

So many doctors these days act like they are in too much of a hurry to answer all your questions, but Dr. Seetharam is the exception. He asks questions and then LISTENS to the answers and seems to actually care about my treatment and me as a patient. If you are looking for a doctor with a personable bedside manner, he is it.

Dr Seethram has been very caring about myself and my sister who is also seeing him as I believe that he is the best. She was also diagnosed with cancer and she is very happy she is under his care. He is running late very often as he takes a lot of time to talk to patient about their cancer and explains to them well. We have had very good experience and will continue to refer my friends and family of they need an oncologist. He calls over week ends to update us and check on us.
