Excellent Care
When I arrived for my procedure, I was greeted by the receptionist, and completed necessary forms. The receptionist explained all forms and answered my question. After a short wait I was called back and was greeted by the RN Beverly. She had excellent bedside manners. She helped me relax and explained exactly what her role was and answered all my questions. Beverly prepared me for my procedure. Dr. Young met with me and explained the procedure and answered my questions. Dr. Young has excellent communication skills and is very receptive by nature. I understood my procedure and had answers to my questions. Following the procedure, I met with Dr. Young again. He told me what he learned and that some specimens were sent to the lab. He told me he would call me when the results came back. Dr. Young made sure he answered my questions. Again, I felt taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Young and his practice is exceptional. All of the staff in interacted with were superior.
