A doctor that patients can work with
I really respect the way Dr. Bolad work with a patient. He does not suggest a very invasive or biological prescriptions to begin with and tries to suggest a easier medicine or procedures. Good listener and work well with nurse practitioner. I feel comfortable in getting treated here. Thank you.

I heartily agree with others about the staff. They are beyond not caring. They don’t give a hoot about their patients. They have treated me so lousy that I am not going back there.

Front desk needs a training asap , they DO NOT care about the patient . For a first time patient , they give 4 months or later to see the doctor. Anything could happen in between this delay because of their careless. Please this message is for the partners to take a serious consideration for that matter because people s life is UNIMPORTANT. Thank you.

If I could give zero stars I would. My story is: I finished my appt and went to the front desk for them to make my next appt. They asked me what time I would like and gave me the appt. I went to the appt only to find out they scheduled me with the wrong doctor! One I had never seen before. So I told them when I scheduled another appt I would not pay for the next one as they screwed up and had me see a doctor that did not know my background. They told me to tell reception when I came in for the appt. Well when I went to my next appt. the office manager said I either had to pay or not see a doctor. So I will not be seeing this doctor anymore. He needs better trained front office staff as they are a joke and do not help their patients at all. My god we are patients in chronic pain and should not have to put up with this nonsense! Not saying Bolad is a bad doctor but he will continue to lose patients if he doesn't take control of his front office personal.

I have been a patient of Dr.Bolad since 2015. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. I have a list of very complicated and rare genetic diagnosis that make any treatment a challenge. I have learned, as a nurse for 19 years, that only the most knowledgeable and caring doctors can assist me with making my quality of life better. I am very picky, and research my doctors! When I started care with Dr.Bolad he not only reassured me that he would work with my other specialist (which is rare) but that he would find something that would work. It has been a journey, however, after seeing Dr.Bolad and Alyssa, his NP, I can say I have been treated with so much respect and continue to rely on Dr. Bolad’s knowledge. Everyone at his office has been great and very helpful! I have 2 adult children, ages 18 and 20, that I have taken to him, and that alone speaks volumes of how I feel about this office! They aggressively work with my insurance company to make sure I get what I need!

I went to this office for a year and a half. The office staff is TERRIBLE. Don't answer the phone and rude when the do. Dr Maloney came in and started reading me someone else's labs. Tried talking to Dr Bolad about it, he didn't care. No examines are done, they don't have charts to review your history or take notes. very disappointed.

I would give no stars if I could. Staff is great. I saw Dr. Bolad twice in the year, and 1/2 I was his patient. The NP was incredibly incompetent (I am also a nurse), inappropriate, unprofessional, and I have no idea what she wrote in her notes, but he had a different impression of what was going on with my body than what was going on. In my court case for disability review, he wrote to the court that when I came to see him, I had 18/18 tender points for Fibromyalgia. He stated at the time of his note that it was down to 10/18. I'm not sure how anyone could know this, as I was always complaining of my pain. The only thing the NP did on her exams was checked my fingers for rheumatoid nodules and make me flex my wrists and elbows. She didn't even touch me or ask for my pain level. I already have Osteoarthritis in my wrists, and she would have known this had she read my record. My pain is nearly unmanageable, as is my life. He only made things worse.
