Listens to me and checks to be sure she understood, knowledgeable and explains the purpose of meds recommended, treats me as a partner in treatment decisions, extremely prompt in getting me in to see her so I don't spend a lot of time sitting in waiting room, most of her staff are friendly and helpful (there have been one or two exceptions, but nothing critical). Overall I am very satisfied, and have recommended Virginia to several friends.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gonzalez for about 6 years. She is extremely professional, thorough, and takes the time to really understand your concerns. Her nursing staff is top notch and always available and willing to help. The doctor has a strict policy for arriving on time, which is refreshing, as most Dr's offices expect you to sit in the waiting room for an extended period of time. You rarely have to wait more than 5-10 minutes in the waiting room.

Dr. Gonzalez has been my internist for more than 3 years and I have had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Gonzalez and her staff are friendly, professional and provide an excellent level or service for their patients. I had one billing issue with their office and after speaking with the office manager she fixed the issue and promptly called me to let me know. I would highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez to my family and friends.

Have been a patient of Dr. Gonzalez for almost two years. I have always had a quick response from her nurse when I call with a problem & if she needs to see me about my problem, I have been able to get an appointment quickly. Dr. Gonzalez is very thorough and tells it like it is. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends!

Dr Gonzalez is a fantastic Doctor. She is well organized and very responsive to patients needs. I have several fairly complicated medical conditions and she was immediately able to grasp my special situation.

HORRIBLE! I am rather new to the area and needed a PCP. I called yesterday to make an apt and the gentlemen on the phone told me she actually had an opening the very next day at 3pm. He told me to print off all of the new patient paperwork and take it in with me. I did just that and even showed up 15 minutes early to get told that I would not be seen because I had not arrived 30 min early to my appointment. I was refused by Dr. Gonzalez herself. Blessing in Disguise! So glad she is not my PCP!!!

First visit for physical. It did not happen probably due to the fire alarm that caused me to have to walk down four flight of stairs with painful arthritic knees. So my visit was buffered with mundane things. That was mainly a waste of my time and money. Just showed up 13 min late for my appt for physical and test results and she will not take me. I was told she does not take anyone who is 5 min late or more. This should have been communicated to me a fairly new patient at some point.
