Dr. Brittany Crenshaw, MD

Dr. Crenshaw seemed rushed and was yawning throughout the duration of my doctor on deman visit. I called in for a headache, fatigue and runny stool. Somehow she steered the visit into suggesting I had sinus congestion after a question about my nose. How the visit ended with congestion and my actual symptoms were not addressed, I still do not understand. Overall this was a waste of time and money. 1 out of 10, would not recommend.

Dr. Crenshaw was thorough, thoughtful and provided excellent counsel and diagnosis. She clearly cares deeply about providing excellent care of her patients. She listens intently and ensured that I clearly understood all aspects of my illness and recommended treatment. She is also a delightful person who is great to communicate with. My first Telehealth experience but it certainly won't be my last.

I absolutely loathe talking to doctors, they always make me super nervous. Dr. Crenshaw couldn't have been a more perfect match from Doctor on Demand. She was all smiles and incredibly friendly. You can tell she genuinely enjoys connect with and helping people. If you have the opportunity to be seen by her definitely take it. Definitely one of the most pleasant appointments I've had in a long time, she is amazing!

A thousand characters won’t do Dr. Crenshaw justice but I’ll try. From our first visit I was blown away by Dr. Crenshaws’ attentiveness and engagement. She allows you the time to talk and express your concerns before weighing in. She makes you feel heard, understood, and comfortable. She is all smiles and always positive and affirming in some of the things you feel may have been overlooked in the past concerning your health and offers multiple avenues of treatment but she really goes out of her way to let you know, in her professional opinion, what would be the best option for you. Although I have only had a few appointments I feel confident and trusting in Dr. Crenshaws’ ability and it has really taken the misery out of scheduling a doctors visit and following through with your health. I would give an infinite amount of stars and HIGHLY recommend scheduling a visit. In a world where bare minimum feels standard I’m very happy to have found a Dr. that is willing to go above and beyond.

Dr. Crenshaw was welcoming, friendly asked all the right questions. I was prepared for my visit uploading recent chats through my doctor patient portal re yeast infection meds used in past two wks. I felt a follow up dose of Fluconazole was warranted since 1st dose did well but 3 days later wasn't 100percent and my doctor was on vacation and it was the weekend. I decided to try Dr. on Demand vs. urgent care visit. Dr. confirmed yeast infection diagnosis and prescribed follow up dose of 2 tablets of Fluconazole and called it into my local CVS pharmacy. I received confirmation after visit via email from Dr. on Demand script was called in and to allow 2 hours before picking up. Dr. Crenshaw was compassionate and helpful in my 15 min visit. I'm so happy I tried Dr. on Demand so much more comfortable than having to dress and drive to urgent care which I've done for urgent needs such as UTI in the past. Urgent care doesn't have history and you can't send anything in advance

Almost a year ago I saw Dr. Crenshaw for my acne and she thoroughly explained the type of acne I had and the typical treatments.Notice I said 'had', after about 3 months of treatment the acne that has been plaguing me for years has completely gone away.I continue to see her every few months for refills on my prescriptions and continued advice. Dr. Crenshaw is also extremely friendly. I am sure it is a tough job and every appointment she greets me with a smile and kindness.

I was struggling with a sudden flare-up of adult acne, which I hadn't experienced in the past. I wanted to be seen quickly so opted for telehealth, but I was concerned a virtual visit wouldn't help with skin issues. Luckily, Dr. Crenshaw was an incredible help - with a few pictures, she was able to clear up my acne over 3-4 visits. She was kind, efficient, and explained what she was prescribing and how to use it. This was a convenient way to take care of a problem that was really bothering me! Thank you Dr. Crenshaw!

Dr. Crenshaw is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. She gave me reassurance by taking the time to fully interpret and explain my labs in practical terms. She offered peace of mind and viable lifestyle solutions towards optimal health. We need more physicians who put an emphasis on the care within healthcare like she exhibits.

I’ve been seeing Dr Crenshaw for awhile now, and she has been kind, helpful, and empathetic. Not many doctors are like her. I definitely recommend her!!

I have extremely sensitive skin and after having no luck with previous dermatologists I decided to give Doctor on Demand a try. On my first appointment with Dr. Crenshaw we discussed the over the counter medications that I have tried and medications that was previously prescribed. Dr. Crenshaw was able to use the information that I provided to put together a regimen for success. Within four months my skin has drastically improved. Dr. Crenshaw is knowledgeable and kind.

I happened to get her twice on a on call basis. She was so helpful and kind. She conducted the visit on what was required but also went above and beyond giving me helpful tips and really taking her time. Did not feel rushed at all. And even remembered details for last visit even when we weren’t expecting to see each other again (given these were 2 random on call appointments)

On 6/14/2023, I had an appointment with Dr. Brittany Crenshaw through Doctor on Demand. I would not ever want Dr. Crenshaw to evaluate me again in the future. She was very rude and condescending. I pointed out to the doctor the location of my eye that had an issue. Dr. Crenshaw referred to the area as my eyelid which to me means above my eye. I kept pointing to the area UNDER my eye. She then told me to go look in a mirror and come back to point out my issue. It was then that Dr. Crenshaw referred to my LOWER eyelid as having the issue and in a rude tone pointed out to me that I have an upper and lower eyelid (like I don't know that). The doctor should have been more specific about that from the beginning. Dr. Crenshaw is the doctor and should have said "are you referring to your LOWER eyelid" from the start. I believed I had a stye and needed to be prescribed an antibiotic cream to relieve my discomfort. Dr. Crenshaw refused to prescribe anything. What a waste of time.

Dr. Crenshaw is the best physician I have encountered through Doctor on Demand! She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly cares for her patients. Dr. Crenshaw actually listens to you (the patient) and doesn’t make you feel rushed during the appointment. Both my husband and I scheduled our initial visit with her for weigh loss. With her guidance, we have lost a combined 135 pounds and have adopted a much healthier lifestyle! We now see her for all of our urgent care needs and she always takes care of us. As a pharmacist and current patient of Dr. Crenshaw, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her!!

Dr Crenshaw is a wonderful physician! She is more thorough than many “in person” prescribers I have dealt with and always makes time to answer any questions I have. Not only is she great as a physician but she offers motivation and encouragement which is so very important in the overall health of a person. I would give her 10 stars if I could! She is truly out there to help the patient which is so commendable in our rush everything world!!

I came to Dr. Crenshaw for help with weight loss. I had a horrible experience with a doctor just prior to her and it was like night and day. She helped me come up with a good game plan and I have lost 40lbs and become active again. I am a different person. I have so much energy and ability compared to who I was. I just can’t thank her enough for her patience, kindness and encouragement!

She has heard everyone of my concerns and has helped mold my health into what I never thought was possible! I’m so thankful I chose her, but I’m more thankful for her choosing to be the type of provider that’s hard to come by!
