Very slow and not organized staff
The receptionist called two patients that came after me and I don’t understand what is the point of making an appointment if they are going to make you wait more than and hour. Double book at the same exact time I had my appointment! Definitely made me waist one whole day from work!

He was straight to the point and answered any questions I had during my appointment and right before my surgery. He was pretty cool.

Rude
Very aggressive, doesn't let you talk much less ask questions. I had emergency surgery. I was very sick. Idefinitely wouldn't had chosen this man. He treated me as a nuisance and his office staff is just as miserable and rude.

Doctors Vince and Vance Moss saved my husband’s life in 2013. After 5 horrendously long years of no answers to my husband’s debilitating state, we were introduced to these miracle workers. They found a diaphragmatic hernia in my husband, caused by a car accident, that resulted in his stomach and liver lodged behind his heart. Other doctors missed this, even with countless imaging. Not only were Doctors Vince and Vance Moss there to rebuild my husband’s left diaphragm, but they’ve been there for us with any questions, concerns and health issues that have surfaced since that time. They have a wealth of knowledge and expertise with the internal workings of the human body. May God always bless them and their loved ones!

The best! The most down to earth, honest Doctor I’ve ever had interactions with. He fixed my moms botched gallbladder surgery from another surgeon. Handled her with certainty care and has a great sense of humor. If I could I would give him 10 stars!

I met Dr. Moss for about 10 minutes for my surgery consultation. Then I had to deal with his scheduler, Lois, for about an hour while she filled out all my hospital intake forms herself instead of allowing me to fill them out. She then told me she would let me know the following day when my surgery was scheduled. Didn't hear from her, so I called two days later. Nothing scheduled yet. Called back three days after that, she said I would hear from her by the end of the day. (they were trying to squeeze everyone in before the doctor deployed to Afghanistan)... I finally heard from the HOSPITAL the following day that my surgery had been scheduled. Finally have the surgery done - and as soon as I wake up, I am told "Good news, there was nothing to fix!" even though I had been told I had a rare hernia in my diaphragm and my lung was being compressed and would cause permanent damage if it wasn't taken care of! I will never go back to this doctor again.

Dr. Vincent Moss is a very nice person. He explained everything to us regarding the hernia surgery my husband was going to have. He came highly recommended for this type of surgery by my husband's cardiologist. That's where my compliment stops. His office staff is horrible. More specifically, his receptionist is rude and very nasty! She doesn't smile. She short answers you and she doesn't receive questions well. She really needs to take a class on MANNERS and PERSONALITY because she doesn't possess either of those. Maybe she shouldn't work in a doctor's office where she's forced to have to deal with patients and questions! "Forced" to deal with patients and questions is EXACTLY how she makes you feel.

I don’t get these reviews. I found his staff friendly and responsive. Dr Moss is a no nonsense guy. Highly capable and attentive. He is not huge on chit chat but he is in no way rude or arrogant. I felt like I was in the best hands at all times during my surgery and care. I highly recommend him.

arrogant, unprofessional, and the worst experience I've ever encountered with a doctor. Staff is unprofessional, ignorant, and needs to take a class on personality. When you enter his office, you feel like you"re in a shrine. I Still don't know which Moss brother has been treating me. Met him 1 time in over 5 months.

I don't understand these negative reviews; must be a different Dr. Moss or someone's off day. 2nd surgery with a very competent, friendly & experienced Dr. Staff went out of their way to accommodate my wishes, pushed my appointment up when asked and were extremely helpful with the paperwork and scheduling. Dr. Moss was a little late for the appointment as I was stuck into his already set schedule and spent as much time with me as needed. Acted more like a friend on my first visit.

emergency surgery - he was the doctor on call. I saw him for 2 mins before surgery and never again. I gave him my mother's number to call after but he never did. I left the hospital next day and when I got home I had at 102 fever. Three weeks later I'm still not well and went for a CT scan. Turns out if he spent 10 more mins checking before closing me up I wouldn't be sick now. I need another surgery to clean up the mess he left inside me. He rushed through my surgery and I am suffering

I was referred to Dr Vincent Moss by my primary physician for an Inguinal hernia. The appointment scheduling process by the office staff was flawless as was the pre-op and insurance confirmations. Dr Moss is a very personable medical professional who has given back to society through his service to those in need. The surgical process and post-op follow up was no less than impeccable with the Inguinal and the ventral hernias. Everything was a success. I have already referred him to others. 5+ Etc

Never. It has been three years and I am still waiting for a call back from vincent moss. He explained the tupe of surgery he was goihg to oerform on me and it was totally different than what he did, I am very very upset and I continue to suffer everyday from his terrible decision that he has made on his own. How is it possible that a surgeon would allow himself to make a life changing decision on a patients quality of life and not even care enough to speak to me.

Dr. Moss removed my gall bladder two years ago. Surgery was laparoscopic with no complications. I was out of the hospital and home the same day as surgery. I am doing well today and I'm glad I had it done. Dr. Moss explained everything clearly both before and after surgery.
