AKA Dental office $$ in disguise as sleep med
No bedside manner because you only get a 2-3 minute visit with the doctor. I understand he does this for a living but, come on at least pretend to care about my sleep issues and spend a little more time with me?!? .The cost of sleep image study device is $489 why was I not told this up front? I was told I could think about it and then come back if I decide to do it?!? What are my other options? If I don’t do it, I don’t get my sleep apnea issues addressed; Of course you’re going to pay the amount because, that’s the whole point of seeing a sleep specialist-right?? Ridiculous bait and switch with hefty “upgrade” fees that should be covered by insurance. My colonoscopy with anesthesia cost me far less.

Great experience for issues related to my health!
I've met with Dr. Jain over the last couple of months and I'm nothing but impressed with his staff and the clinic overall. I've had quite the medical issues over the last several years and I've seen upwards of 30 doctors in the DFW area. Dr. Jain is one of the doctors I'd consider to be the best and very easy to work with. He's very thorough in his practice, providing a great amount of knowledge, referenceable material and spends the time to understand the issues I'm experiencing, the solutions I've tried before, what has or has not worked and then from there we made a plan to move forward.I appreciate you and your team for taking care of me and my needs.

Dr. Jain spent 3 minutes and 38 second with me. He then sent in his tech to pitch a $489 home data collection kit, that I was to use for 3 nights and then pay another $115 to have them interpret. No thanks.

As several reviews have stated and what seems to be a common theme with this office, is that they are super good at reminding you of appointments and getting you into the office, and super vigilante about collecting payments and copay's etc... but their office staff (including Dr Jain) are less than desirable to work with. Very unprofessional, argumentative and bit full of themselves as if nobody cares about the patients. Would not recommend them for Sleep Medicine. I have been to several sleep medicine doctors on my sleep apnea journey, and only found myself with this office as I was referred by my surgeon (which I will be talking to also about his choice), and I have never been treated so unprofessional by any of the other sleep doctors in the DFW area. I fully expect a response, as they seem to respond to any negative feedback, and that is fine. Also notice when they respond to all of the negative feedback, never once do they admit any wrongdoing, it is always pointed back at the patient. If you have a choice who to use in the DFW area, do your homework, you can find much better!!! Lastly, to show you what kind of vanity they have, I was even sent a letter from the Doctor releasing me from his care and stating he can no longer provide medical services to me.... no reason given, but coincidentally arrived after I called their office to discuss a billing problem with them only to be argued with, interrupted and treated poorly throughout the entire phone call... hmmmm - go figure. Enough said, good luck on your journey with your sleep care!

Jason
This place has good reviews, but my experience was different. After a 1 minute visit with the doctor, the staff came in to tell me my cost for at home sleep study. They informed me it would be the full price and not on iinsurance. I questioned that as I met my tier 1 deductible and the doctor is a tier 1 provider. They went back up front and said my cost would be 70% as I had not met my deductible. I explained again the tier 1 provider information and that it should be 10%. They refused to contact my insurance and simply said, "there's no rush, we can do this any time in the future." The staff member would repeat this a number of times, as if the problem was that I couldn't afford the study. The staff failed to provide care, but I had already paid my office visit of $50 and they refused to refund that as well. I had confirmed with UHC both before and after my visit of my coverage. This place acted like a car dealership when it came to pricing for a sleep study. Enough other options are available.

Dr. Vikas Jain is a board certified sleep medicine specialist. He took the time to really listen to my problem and provided immediate real-time solutions that could be executed that day. I did my sleep study the night of my first visit. His team was very responsive to my needs and have incredible followup to insure my needs were taken care of in all aspects. The team is even there if you have issues after hours and need to reach out. I highly recommend you schedule an appointment TODAY.

I was beyond impressed with my experience at Dr. Jain's office in Geneva.. Dr Jain is hands-down one of the best medical doctors i have.seen. My son has OSA and was referred to him. He had a lot of patients to see but was never rushed.. His demeanor is calm, positive, thorough, attentive, flexible, and personal! Knowledgable and dedicated He personally contacted our insurance to get the test/study processed and approved as we had difficulty dealing with the Ins in the past..

I saw Dr Jain for a year for restless leg syndrome. He is the most compassionate doctor I have ever met. He called me at home to see if I was okay. No once but several times. He listens to what you have to say and if you think you have a plan to do something for yourself to help yourself, he's good with it and will try. He admits he doesn't know it all but he sure try's to learn it all. He not afraid to ask other doctors over him for different ideas to help you. I cannot say enough good abt him!

I have dealt with insomnia issues my whole life. I have seen other Dr's that have tried another medicine and sent me away without a solution. Usually the medicine did not work so I just continued to go on. I had my first appointment in September and was on a schedule to improve my sleep. Dr. Jain saved my life! I can now go to sleep and wake up refreshed every morning. Best thing is that it's with no meds. My health has improved so much. Thank you so much for your help!!
