More interested in money
The staff was very quick to reach out to me to schedule a visit after my doctor recommended, when I arrived, they collected my coinsurance upfront. There was no exam, no discussion of a procedure, and the doctor seemed more than arrogant. I was surprised that they don’t even check your vitals. They quickly informed me that I would need to pay more money upfront in order just to get the sleep. Study started. There was more discussion of money than there were of any sleep, studies or procedures. Avoid this place if at all possible. This place is a scam.

REVIEW for DR. JAIN
I worked as a virtual assistant for Dr. Vikas Jain, managing tasks like insurance verification, referrals, scheduling, and collecting payments for virtual appointments. At first, things were fine, but when VAs began leaving, I was unfairly blamed, despite the real issue being a broken system with conflicting instructions from onshore staff. I stayed because I needed the job to support my child.When we were short-staffed, I brought in my husband, despite his lack of medical experience, to help. Instead of appreciation, Reema Jain’s degrading comments made the situation intolerable. After resigning, Dr. Jain promised to pay me for two weeks, including five unpaid days, but never did. Instead, he falsely accused me of threatening him, despite my having evidence of our conversations. I even returned the equipment he provided, but he still withheld my pay and threatened me and my husband.Dr. Jain, your treatment of virtual assistants is inhumane.

In 2015 my husband had been on a bipap for nearly 20 years and a cpap for years before that. The bipap had ceased working properly, and the insurance company required a new sleep study which produced results that we knew were inaccurate. The doctor would only prescribe a cpap for his obstructive and central apnea. His central apnea grew significantly worse. We researched the problem online and discovered that a cpap will cause that issue for some patients. During our research, we found Dr. Jain through excellent online reviews and made an appointment. He knew that the cpap was inappropriate. Dr. Jain thoroughly reviewed my husband's history and ran a new sleep study. He prescribed an ASV and followed through with the insurance company (new machine resistance) to assure he received the upgrade from a bipap. The improvement in his breathing from the first night on the ASV was obvious. We cannot thank Dr. Jain enough for his knowledge, kindness, and support.
