Unresponsive & unreliable
Every appointment is rushed. She is forgetful and unfocused. She never follows up when needed and never returns phone calls. Don’t waste your time with this woman.

I just spoke to Dr. Epstein Secretary Janine and she was calling to reschedule my July 30th appointment to all the way October 8th and I must say I would've thought Dr. Epstein ran a better upscale professional business than she really do. Her secretary Janine was rude and not caring about my needs especially when I told her that I need a sooner appointment, because my breast was in pain and I was relying on this up coming appointment and she was like oh well its nothing we can do.

The ONLY way I have been able to book an appointment is through zocdoc. The staff hasn't returned one phone message I've left this year. Went to an Urgent Care facility for dizziness. They recommended a follow up with my doctor within a week to have her review the results & move forward with a cardiologist. I have left 4 messages this week at Dr Epstein's office, NO ONE has called me back. This has happened every time I try to book an appt. the last 2 years. She's great, the appt. staff is not.
