Dr. Pansy Tsang, MD

I had Dr. Tsang as my PCP for about 7 years and she was the best doctor I have ever seen in my 61 years. She is incredibly thorough, thoughtful, compassionate and takes all the time you need with her. She was our entire family’s physician and we all have very different styles and we all loved her. She prescribed some early screening that caught a cancer diagnosis super early and I do not think it would have been caught in time if it wasn’t for her thorough care! I would recommend her to anyone!

Her office, and Dr. Tsang, have terrible customer service and patient care. Last fall I selected her as my primary care physician at the referral from a couple friends who work for Sansum. Her office confirmed she was accepting new patients but because of Covid she was not seeing patients. A couple of months later I had to be seen by a doctor so I called her office. They told me I was not a patient of hers because I’d never seen her (because again, she was not seeing patients because of Covid). I was left in a lurch, had to go to an ER(!!) despite my insurance company, and my repeated calls to her office to straighten things out. Please don’t waste your time with her. Our health is too valuable to be wasted on someone like her or her office.
