Dr. Vanessa Jorge, MD

Have been a patient of Vanessa's for over 3 years. Was thoroughly impressed the first 2-3 visits. Since then, not so much. Ever since Covid, she either is overworked or no longer has interest in actually listening to, or treating, patients' concerns. She used to actually reach out to her patients, now not at all. Plus, last time I saw her, she seemed very distracted. I complained about a rash - she did not even look at it, let alone biopsy or try to diagnose what type of rash it might have been. Gave me a prescription that cost me over $125 copay (my copay is usually $10). Did nothing, but wasted time and money.

She is amazing . She takes the time with you to listen

I have seen Dr Jorge twice and am very impressed with her knowledge and caring for me as a patient. She took her time with me along with her staff.

made an appt. as a new patient, 3 months ago. Just got a call to say my appt for the 1st of the year has been cancelled and I can reschedule in June?? Who has no openings for 6 months? and why treat new patients this way? Very un happy.

Refused me a patient because I don't have health insurance even though I'm thoroughly capable of paying for office visit and any extras at the time of visit. I was referred by a friend to come to this doctor. Spent 3 hours of my time collectively & several phone calls all waiting on hold just to be told no. Their website doesn't indicate that they refuse self-pay patients. I hope they update it to reflect this. ( Their website address is mentioned while on hold about every 30 minutes. It's not a typical one and it redirects you to a different website.) Anyway, the best time to call seems to be around 3pm in case you would like to save yourself some hassle. That said, if I am calling my doctor when I am sick, I don't want to spend it on hold on and off for a day. Glad I'm not sick right now!

Dr. Jorge is good, but the operation of the office failed me multiple times and I had to change PCP after just 1 year there. The office prescription woman failed to send REFILL orders to our pharmacy more than once leaving me without my Diabetes medications! And she lied to me claiming she NEVER RECEIVED the request from my always dependable Walgreens pharmacy. I am an 84 year old and need my medications filled in a timely fashion.

Tried calling to setup appointment. Was on hold for 45 minutes. The person answering phones couldn't seem to help me. They kept coming on and then putting me on hold because they had to go ask someone else what to do. They finally hung up on me. After an hour waiting I decided to go a different direction and find another provider. Didn't want to wait on the phone again for a long period of time.

Dr Jorge is very kind empathetic and caring. She always allows whatever length of time you need to discuss your issues. I never feel rushed during my visits. She is willing to discuss treatments with you and allows for your input. I never feel pressured by her in any way. My medical care is always discussed openly between us. She is an excellent doctor and I have been very satisfied with her care.

Dr Jorge is one of the finest doctors I have ever had. Her attention to details uncovered a serious health condition. I might not be here today without her excellent in medicine field.

Dr. Jorge is knowledgeable, straight forward (tough when we need it), caring and very personable. She treats both my spouse & I and have been ever since she got to the Winter Springs Office. Although we don't necessarily enjoy going to doctor appointments, it's comforting to know that we will be treated with care and respect with Dr. Jorge and her staff. God truly answered our prayers when He brought Dr. Jorge to us! She's truly a blessing in our lives! ?

Dr. Jorge is the best doctor I have ever had. She is kind thorough and makes sure you get the care you need. Unfortunately for me she no longer works in my medical plan area and I miss her. Her new patients are lucky to have her.

I have been seeing Dr. Jorge since she joined Dr. Felicia Jacob about 6/7 months ago. She takes time needed to fully explain diagnosis & answers all questions very patiently. Dr. Jorge shows personal interest as wells as medical which makes for very relaxed appointments. I think she is wonderful!
