The doctor displayed impatience, conducted unnecessary exams, and avoided explaining matters thoroughly. Instead, their focus appeared to be on promoting allergy shots rather than addressing my concerns. I felt as though I was hurried out the door.

Done with precision, safety and care. They try to help as many people as possible. They were doing the shots for many years for basically free out of concern to help as many patients as possible. If you can be a little patient with them you will get help from Dr. K like you won't anywhere else. I assure you.

Small office, personalized care. Spoke directly with the doctor even for the initial televisit! After a thorough zoom-like interview, she gave me a diagnosis, treatment options, and setup a further visit. Very happy with the office for my asthma care needs. Definitely recommend.

I forgot my mask for the first time ever after 16 months of pandemic. I was told by an employee in scrubs exiting the building at the same time I was approaching the door that it was ok and I could just get a mask when I went in the office. Once I arrived at Dr Vandana's office, I immediately told the front office staff that I'd forgotten my mask. I was told that I'd have to go across the street to a convenience store to buy one! I am in utter disbelief about this cheapness. Clearly other offices in the building aren't doing this based on my encounter with the employee. Ironic since when I visited my mom in the cancer ward at MGH you arent even allowed to bring in your own mask! You must wear the *one that is provided to you by the medical facility* in order to enter the building. To me this business policy is cheaply prioritizing cost cutting over providing good care.

Dr. Krishna is competent, but the billing process and payment verification is an on-going mess - complete incompetence!

Great bed side manner

Dr.Krishna diagnosed a condition i had seen four doctors for. Will send my whole family to her. Trust completely.

Dr Krishna does not care to spend time with her patients. I felt like she was just interested in charging me, and getting me in and out very rushed. Was very unhelpful when wanting to share documents with another provider, saying it would take 2-4 weeks to fax over a single page.. no care for my well-being. For my first treatment, I went twice to find out it wasn’t ready when I arrived, having to push back multiple times (even after calling to confirm that it was ready).

Practice is OK - billing is a NIGHTMARE with this doc. BEWARE. Had seen her for roughly 4 years for ongoing allergy treatment- now I’m in a constant battle between her billing staff and my insurance. My insurance pays, calls their office, says it’s all set - then I get calls from the office saying I still owe! I’ve been double billed countless times - I have to review invoices like a hawk. I haven’t been to see her in years and I’m still getting hit with new charges!??? Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else - I’ve never had this level of difficulty with any other doctor.

I had the best experience with Dr. Krishna. Sure, the wait times were a little long, but that's because she's a popular physician. I've been recommended to her by three of my doctors, and I haven't been disappointed. I will be sending my kids to her once they are a little older. Her COVID precautions are awesome as well and feel very safe.

I saw Dr. Krishna through the recommendation of my primary care physician, and wow -- she's one of the best doctors I have been to. The office is bright and comfy, the staff are kind, and she takes the time to explain everything with great detail. She cares about her patients in a way most doctors don't. The best part is, since seeing her and getting started on shots, I haven't had allergy symptoms in months! My allergies used to be horrible, I could hardly breathe, but now I feel like a new person again. I cannot thank Dr. Krishna and her office enough. Very worth the recommendation.

Not Recommended - terrible bedside manner from Dr. Krishna. Half the job of being a doctor is listening to the patient and being sympathetic, which is something very much lacking at this office. Would not recommend.
