Dr. Sarena Sawlani, MD

Dr. Sawlani is knowledgeable, compassionate, a good listener and very thorough. I always feel confident in her care. Her staff are so friendly and efficient. They respond to my inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. I needed some paperwork for my disability benefits and her nurse/medical assistant even called me to clarify what needed to be done and her office submitted the documents without delay.

Patiently listened to my input about continual mucus/coughing problems, and my past allergy history. (I am 71 yrs old) Dr. Sawlani explained all aspects of testing and possible solutions. After the testing, an initial prescription nasal spray was prescribed. Also, talked about environmental issues in my condo that might improve my allergy health. Her husband is my cardiology doctor/surgeon at Advocate Lutheran Hospital. Both seem to be the new breed of physicians who take the time to listen to the patient. and explain possible remedies in language we can easily understand. So greatly appreciate them, even more so during this difficult COVID-19 period in our history.

Sarena Sawlani is amazing with kids. She's patient and great with everyone but if you have a child with allergies I would highly recommend taking them to her. She has kids herself and she's very nurturing and patient.

Dr.Sawlani is very pleasant and good Doctor. She takes the time to listen and to explain any problems. The Staff is very friendly. My son and I love them. Highly recommend.
