She was rude, arrogant and not thorough and was a waste of time. I saw her for two min and a resident who was not at all familiar with my reason for visit. Not familiar with my diagnosis nor symptoms

Dr. Biousse and her team have been amazing! I am so lucky to be able to see an expert who takes a research interest in my specific health condition. She is always professional and to the point. I can see how some patients might like a little more chatter and friendly banter, but I am here to get well and she knows what she is doing. My condition requires follow-up and they are on top of my scheduling and specific testing at each appointment. I tend to get a little nervous at doctors offices and she never makes me feel that what I have going on is "untreatable" and I appreciate that reassurance.

Dr Biousse is a widely respected leader in the field of neuro-ophthalmology - I was lucky to be able to schedule an appointment to have her evaluate my vision loss. She is smart, personable, and answered my questions thoroughly. My appointment took 4 hours and included some wait time because Dr. Biousse performed a complete examination including labs and visual field testing.

My daughter was treated poorly by her, saw her for less than 5 minutes and was rude and condescending. My daughter has a very serious medical condition that is sight threatening. His provider minimized it saying it is because she is overweight and told her a pill won’t fix it.

Spent all of 3 minutes with me and said I did not need glasses. Her assistant said I needed glasses. But when I questioned some of the things they were doing and saying Dr. Biousse got frustrated and said you do not need glasses make an appt for a follow up with my assistant or PA for 4 months. Got a 2nd opinion I need glasses badly. My vision has even changed since my 2nd opinion apt in Oct. I will not recommend this Dr. to anyone.
