Exceptional Eye Care
Dr. Segal removed my cataracts and implanted high-tech lenses. I could not be more satisfied! Now I can see near and far without glasses which I wore must of my life.

Good physician, terrible staff
Sadly, I had to walk out during my last appointment because of the terrible treatment I received at the hands of Dr Segal's staff. I had been a patient for years because I always considered Dr Segal to be very competent and caring. The staff has always been a mixed bag, with some of them acting friendly and professional and some not, but for the most part acceptable. At my last visit, though, two of the staff members showed just how callus they are. They made it abundantly clear that my well-being as a patient was of no consideration whatsoever, and the only thing that mattered was there billings. While people like this can be easily overlooked in matters of most any profession, medicine is the last place that I want to be under the care of people that clearly don't care about me. The only reason why I left a two-star review is because I still believe that Dr Segal is a good physician and surgeon.

I am very satisfied with the care that I was given and the results of my surgery. Dr. Segal is very skilled and has excellent communication skills, which made the surgery go smoothly and reduced any anxiety that I had. His office staff was friendly and efficient.

Office Staff - Everyone is super professional, timely and an overall great experience. Dr. Siegel completed a cataract surgery on my left eye and did an awesome job, no problems. I normally see Dr. Lay for my other visits and he is awesome as well.
