I have been a patient of Dr Vadim Baram for 12 or 13 years and have done very good due to his Pinpointing some key points and meds to ease my symptoms and make life worth living. When I've missed appointment I suffer. He is wise and Very nice to all and Very professional in all his practice... Definitely A 5 Stars Review for me as Mr Baram saved my life 2 times and it was when I had no one to help and also I know he deserves awards but if you tell him this he would be modest and tell you thats not why he does this Science. Nothing but good for good ok Vadim Baram!!!

I am nearly 60 years old; I work in the medical field. Because I heard Dr. Baram was one of the best psychiatrist in MO, I turned to him when I had a problem. He diagnosed me correctly and It immediately improved my life. I’m extremely surprised that it took this long for someone to diagnose me correctly and when I was finally diagnosed correctly- it was on my first visit with him. Very impressive man and physician. I only wish I had turned to him years ago but hind sight is 20/20. ;)

We are so grateful to Dr Baram who took care of our mother at St Mary’s Hospital. He was present and accessible throughout every aspect of her care. When we needed him, he responded within minutes and always took the time to fully understand and address our concerns. Most importantly, our mother got better and was able to be discharged to an assisted living facility arranged by the social work team at St Mary’s. Dr Baram and his staff greatly exceeded our expectations.

Dr. Baram is wonderful at his profession. I am blessed that I was able to meet him and become a patient earlier in his career as his calendar has become full and I'm sure he is very limited in his ability to accept new patients. He is extremely compassionate, has a terrific memory, asks the right questions, listens, and treats me as a friend. I have also worked with his support staff who all seem to hold the same values and attention to patient care as Dr. Baram himself. Thank you Dr. Baram for helping me navigate my life.

Office staff is very rude and uncaring and unprofessional. I waited 2 hours and never seen him. I asked for a refund on my co-pay and they said they couldn’t because I paid with a credit card. I will NEVER go back!

I saw several specialist but none of them were helpful. In fact, they made me feel as if I were losing my mind. What I learned through this ordeal is that most doctors lack people skills, they don’t know how to listen, they can be extremely judgmental and are rude without knowing it. I was exhausted and on the verge of giving up on life before I first met Dr. Baram. Dr. Baram was an absolute breath of fresh air. If not for him- I would have given up on finding the underlining cause to my problems- which was CANCER. To say he saved my life, is putting it mildly. He is one of the greatest men I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you Dr. Baram. I will forever be in your debt.

I have been to multiple psychiatrists in my time and was recommended to Dr. Vadim Baram by a Pain Management Dr. Dr. Baram is the best Psychiatrist I have ever been to. He skillfully engages with his patients starting from the 1st visit & encounter. He is an active listener, has compassion & empathy toward his patients & is completely nonjudgmental. Most Psychiatrists I have been to quickly write an Rx and send you on your way. Dr. Baram is an effective communicator when in need of advice and guidance. He also consistently checks up on your prescribed medications to ensure they are working & is willing to change scripts when needed so that you receive the best care possible. He educates you on the Rx's he prescribes along with any side effects you may have. I will never change Psychiatrists & am so happy with him as my Doctor. I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable, kind, compassionate & caring Doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. ????????????????

Office staff were rude and unprofessional. I was even cursed at over the phone by one of the "receptionists". Office manager I suspect is just as equally unprofessional since there seems to be little control over the front office staff. Disgusting.

I've been trying to see him, and he has cancelled three appointments in a row. I tried to get a Dr. note for a career based job. His office workers told me, he wont give me the note because he hasn't seen me in almost a year. Well it was the Dr. fault that I haven't seen him. He is destroying my chances at getting a job where I can get off of Social Security.
